I mainly like to beat the elite 4 over and over,And I may trade my pokemon over to pokemon colosseum and train them up from there,But If I havn't beaten the elite 4 I would train alot in victory road.

if i only had to train in sapphire, i'd:
    (lv.5 - lv.50) use exp. share
    (lv.45 - lv.90) fight E4
    (lv.95 - lv.99) use rare candy

IMO E4 takes too long, especially with the first guy, (too much talking throughout the chain)
so i'd transfer them to 'colosseum' and enter the deep colosseum.

I just train my Pokemon until they near the level that I can control by fighting wild pokemon and then when I get exp.share I start using it.

I do a few different things to train up my Pokes. First, is I take a team of Lv91 Linoone and battle on Route 103 and collect a bunch of Rare Candies and level up my Pokes that way.

My favorite actual training though is Gabby the Reporter. Not only is it a double battle that earns you 2884 Exp points every time you battle, but she moves from Route 111 to Route 118 to Route 121 constantly so you can keep battling her over and over. Plus, after you have battled her enough, she will stay on Route 111, where you can quickly battle.

The reason I like this the best is because this battle is so versatile. You can level up two Pokes together. You can level up one Poke by equipping it with Exp Share and then switching it out, so its gets 75% of the Exp points. You can level up additional Pokes by having them hold Exp Share. You can teach your Smeargle Sketch moves. You can also determine the type of your Pokes Hidden Power by having a high level Kecleon in your second slot and attack it. You can also equip a Poke with an Amulet Coin and get $7488 with every battle, or equip a Poke with a Lucky Egg to increase the Exp points you get by 50%.

Personally, I don't bother with the E4 as it takes longer to do that than to battle Gabby a few times. Plus, battling Gabby you can stop at any time and resume later while you have to wait until you have fully beaten one of the E4. There is just no comparison.

I like battling the Elite Four over and over again. It's fun and you gain a lot of Exp. Points, it's good to train weak pokemon by giving it Exp. Share and not using it in battle.

    EV TRAINING FOR ME.

Anyways, with a newly caught or hatched Pokémon, I'll max out their best stats with Vitamins. Then I'll EV train the rest of their stats until they get all 510 EVs that they need. They'll definitely have grown several levels by then.
Then I'll train their exp. the normal way. If in R/S/E, I'll battle the Elite 4 a lot and also rebattle anyone in my Trainer's Eye. If in FR/LG, I'll battle that girl on one of the islands that has a Chansey, since it gives a ton of exp. and also battle the other Cooltrainers on that island with the VS Seeker.

take 2 pokemon with you in the E4, a level 90 or more, and the pokemon u wanna train, mostly they are lvl5's with egg moves, exp share, and after 1 time, you get it about level 20, when it gets level 45, it can fught sydneys cacturne, and so see him kill more pokemon every time! i like that, because you see what you achieve, by beating trainers with your newly trained pokemon.

when im first getting started i like to battle wild pokemon before trainers and let my pokemon get to about lvl 10 -13 then i blow the trainers away, before i battle the gym i try to surpase the lvl of that gym leaders pokemon that way ill be strong enough to beat him/her, before the elite 4 battles i fight trainers in victory road and then i go all around the region to find trainers who want a rematch

    1. Give them an Exp Share and fight the Elite Four until they're strong enough to fight on their own.
    2. Switch the Exp Share with a Lucky Egg and battle other trainers until they can take down the Elite Four.
    3. Fight the Elite Four over and over again until they're level 100.

    Wash, rinse, repeat :3
