The first dungeon of the game. It's an abandoned hospital that's been overtaken by a cult, and this song really helps set the atmosphere.

Fun fact, that theme was remixed in SMT IV and is still pretty creepy.



Though, I'm surprised there's been a lack of Evil Within tracks.

Now Hollow Knight's Deepnest doesn't have crazy strong enemies, but it's this music (along with the cramped passageways and all the spiderwebs) that really sets a tense creepy tone.
