Your Favourite Starter

Which one do you think is the best starter?

For me, firered/leafgreen is squirtle, because when it chooses barbesaur ( unsure of spelling ), squirtle can use icebeam and finish it almost immediately.

For emerald/ruby/sapphire, my favourite is MUDKIPZ :) Samething, it even have ground moves, and it can use icebeam against leaf pokemons too.
