I also love the song Dust in the Wind, mitchman. It's overpowering melancholy actually makes a bad mood better.

WOO! Daft Punk is great. Also, for me Stairway to Heaven is a mood in itself. When I hear it I go into Stairway mode, no matter what mood I'm in.

A ton of happy songs make me happy when I'm sad. Most of them are from Earthbound, and Mother 3. I also like other songs that are happy and jumpy like HGSS' Viridian Forest song.
