Most Annoying: Protect, Meditate, Confuse Ray
Most Retarded: Confusion. Sure, it's a nice attack, but it doesn't actually cause confusion. Well, very rarely does it.

Most hated : Tackle - My starter has it and with a 95 accuracy it still manages to miss, making me lose against my rival in our first match...
 
Spore-I have yet to find it in any of the games, on any poke, yet it's there on Sporeloom!!!
Confused Ray-Like spore, it's not fair to have 100% accuracy
 
For the opponent: Double team, especially after they immobilize you somehow.
For the player: Probably growl, maybe harden. To use these moves properly, you need more time than given in a battle.

Confuse Ray is the exact reason why I migrated over my Yellow Flute from Emerald.

(And for the nice Atk and Sp. Atk boosts I get for free from those who uses Swagger and Flatter on me LOL)
 
mine is that stupid kiss the smooch-woman always uses against my mewtwo in firered elite 4.

Extremespeed - where does it get off being so powerful AND fast?
Razor Wind - you have to charge up and it still isn't strong.
Rest/Sleep Talk - cause they still get to attack!!!
Explosion - Explosion is for quitters...
 
It's the DoTeam and SaAttack.... on Aipom . These then Double Pass ! Anything worse ??
 
Hypnosis is pretty much the worst sleeping move, and it's the only one my Ghost-type can learn.
Double Team is hax.
 
Spore is pretty darn annoying to play against, one of your pokemon basically become useless and it gives the opponent a chance to set up or switch.
Hypnosis, however, is annoying to use, it tends to miss at the most critical points in the match for me -.-
 
I have so many hated Pokemon moves to chose from, Hear is my precious list of hated pokemon moves-

1. Splash, It does noting.
2. Fake Out, It makes my pokemons move not work xD
3. Screech, It is so annoying.
4. Growl, It is annoying as well.
5. Roar, Its a waste of time.

Well i have more but i don't want to put them on this list at this moment.
 
I hate Water Pulse. Somehow, it always manages to confuse me but when I do it, it never confuses.
 
Protect and Detect. All the AI does is waste my PP when they use it. I also hate it when they get away with using it 3 times in a row successfully. To make matters worse, I also hate it when they use these two moves on Pokemon with the Pressure ability because my Pokemon will use way too much PP before it can even hit the opponent.

I also hate how moves such as Supersonic and Sing with a pathetic 55% accuracy almost always hit me when the AI uses it. When I use it, it misses almost all the time. Speaking of confusion, my Pokemon rarely attacks when it confuses. However, the opponent almost always attacks when it is confused which makes me hate confusion moves because it always favors the cheating AI.
 
My most hated are:
1. Growl~it's useless
2. Splash~it's also useless
3. Fake Out~get's me every time, can not stand it
