3rd Gen Your Pokémon Team

Well, it is your team. I just find it curious that you are hating on Jynx when you have Nidoking and Venusaur on your team, but to each their own. We are getting off-topic.

As far as your replacement for Ninetales, I cannot properly offer you a suggestion with your criteria. Keep Ninetales, or go with another Poke that is a good special attacker. I have already provided you a list.

Funny how so many people spell Colosseum wrong. Oh well, a minor suggestion that you should really train that Skitty of yours so it is a similar level to the rest of your team.

Yes, it's cheap, but it's great for killing the elite 4 and getting EXP for my pokes with EXP share.

I got rid of wailord because I already have 2 water types and now I am not sure what to have as my 6th pokemon, I was wondering if anyone would suggest a pokemon for me to have
 
I recommend Umbreon or Blissey for defensive purposes, or if you only go up against the AI get Salamence/Tyranitar/Alakazam. Better still, get all three and take out Kyogre and Rayquaza as legendaries are so cheap that the only one worth using IMO is Mewtwo because it's so cool (mine has 335 Attack, 385 Special Attack). I hardly use it though.
 
where do I catch larvitar on sapphire?
Edit: just thought Id say that I might buy a emerald version so future teams that I post will probably be from that game
