    In Ruby:
I don't exactly keep a Permanent team once the game is beaten...
    Currently I have
    Jolteon Level 66 Nature:Modest (510 EVs)
    Flygon Level 56 Nature:( Lax
Linoone: Pick up slave >.> (I use it occasionally) level 28
Zigzagoon: Pick up slave >.> (same as Linoone) level 26
Umbreon(Darky): Level 57 Nature:Bold (510 EVs) raising it up to catch that darn Latios...
Blaziken: Level 100 Nature:( Quiet (I have a Torchic on Pearl that is the nature I want and it's doing fine.)
Currently doing:I'm going to raise up Glooms EV's (Quiet Nature) I'm trying to catch: Cacnea (Brave and Quiet Natured.) (I could get the Brave natured one on Pearl, but I like traded Pokemon since they level up quicker.)
Trying to catch Numel, Quiet Nature... I have yet to find one in Pearl, just Camerupt... and last I'm trying to catch Relaxed natured Torkoal.

In fire red I'm trying to get a Shiny Bulbasaur, or a Sassy one with a high IV in Special Defense. I started over on the game... I wanted to get a Shiny Starter... and I need a Bulbasaur anyways... I just thought it'd be cool to have one.

I decided it's time to give an update on my Pokémon team as I now have 5 EV trained Pokémon in Emerald:

Blissey @ Leftovers ** Pink Devil
    Bold nature
Serene Grace (unfortunately, but its Defense, Sp.Defense and Sp.Attack are nearly perfect and its HP is good, too, so I decided to keep it.)
    EVs: 196 HP, 252 Defense, 56 SAtk

    - Ice Beam
    - Heal Bell
    - Softboiled
    - Thunder Wave

Gengar @ Sitrus Berry (I didn't have anything else to give it, either. =\) ** Mr.Kipling
    Timid nature
    Levitate
    EVs: 252 Speed, 252 SAtk (and perfect Sp.Attack <3)

    - Thunderbolt
    - Ice Beam
    - Giga Drain
    - Destiny Bond

Tyranitar @ Lum Berry ** Fredburger
    Adamant nature
    Sandstream
    EVs: 156 HP, 252 Attack, 100 Speed

    - Rock Slide
    - Earthquake
    - Taunt
    - Dragon Dance

Milotic @ Leftovers (I never use Yoghurt with Pink Devil so whichever I use gets the Lefties) ** Yoghurt
    Bold nature
    Marvel Scale
    EVs: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 4 SAtk

    - Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk

    Zapdos @ Chesto Berry
    Hasty nature
    Pressure
    EVs: 72 HP, 220 Attack, 84 Speed, 132 SAtk

    - Thunderbolt
    - Drill Peck
    - Light Screen
    - Rest

Now I just need a good physical tank. I was thinking of Metagross or Steelix.

I would recommend Metagross as Steelix has too many special weaknesses such as water which does 4x damage and is probably the most common type used, and Metagross can also double as a sweeper of some sort. Metagross also has a movepool that is nearly equivalent to Dragonite and Tyranitar. But in the end it's your choice.

Yes, I already started hatching myself some Adamant Metagross. But Steelix's special weaknesses aren't really a problem as its primary use is to be a physical tank. Blissey stops special sweepers so if someone switches in a special attacker, I'll just switch in Blissey. However, Metagross is far superior to Steelix in D/P because its movepool becomes even wider so I decided to go with Metagross as I'm going to import my Pokémon to Diamond once I get it and battle online until I get myself a 4th generation competitive team.

    So far:

    Blaziken Lv. 18
    -Rock Tomb
    -Ember
    -Double Kick
    -Peck

    Shroomish Lv. 16
    -Mega Drain
    -Leech Seed
    -Bullet Seed
    -Tackle

Forget their natures, and I'm going for an all around team with good types, just started a new game. To add to my team, I want a Metagross, Skarmory, Manectric, and Milotic.

Fair enough, but I think you should replace Blissey with Regice, as a properly trained Regice can have a Sp. Def of 467, it is resistant to water, and gets STAB on Ice Beam, as well as having a decent movepool. That and it might as well be neutral to fire as my Kyogre takes more damage from fire attacks than my Regice does and they're both level 100.
BTW I just noticed something in your first post I replied to, you can buy Leftovers at the Battle Frontier and they cost 16 Battle Points (BP).

but are they EV trained? That is all that really matters, sorta...

Anyways, other than that, I think it's an ok team. I'm just not a fan of Ubers.
