Your Pokemon Partners

This is more theoretical rather than directly related to what happened in the games, so I hope it's alright in this section.

If you were a rising Warlord of Ransei, which Pokemon would you have a Perfect Link with? Why? On the other hand, if you were a Pokemon Ranger in any of the regions, which Pokemon would be your partner?

If you want to get more detailed, say why it would be your partner! Would it be more because you really like the Pokemon itself, or like in Ranger how you found an injured Pokemon on the beach and it wanted to become your partner more than you wanted it?

I know I started the topic, but I really don't know which Pokemon I'd have as my partner/perfect link. I mean, I have favorite Pokemon, but partners seem to match in personality too, and I guess none of them are really like me. I really like Absol, but it's like, the disaster Pokemon, so I don't really know. Quilava's been one of my favorites for a long time, so maybe that. Or maybe something powerful and elegant like a Dragonair? Probably something that can fly. I dunno! I think I'd rather fate or whatever pick my partner for me, as long as it wasn't like, a Dunspace. lol.

Warlord: Lucario and Rank 3 Arceus
I love Lucario, it's my all time favorite Pokémon so it's obvious I would love to have him as partner.
And Arceus is my favorite legendary Pokémon (and he's simply the best in Conquest xD)

Ranger: Riolu
It's more likely to find injured Riolu than Lucario :D and I would love to have the Aura Sphere Riolu that I would save from the bad guys.
