Question: YouTube Question

I feel so rookie asking this, but I have been running into a problem with the YouTube video feature on profiles on the site. I followed the instructions that is listed, but it seems to give me YouTube loading errors.
Any suggestions on what could be the problem? I'm going to continue to probe it.

Are you placing the entire URL into the field? Awhile back, the plugin got an update, and now you have to place the whole URL into the field and not just the video code.

I tried doing that, not getting anywhere though.

EDIT: I've tried the you.tube url, the normal youtube url, and even the v=id here url and nothing.

Here's how I do this:[ythd]PmQ_pKPh8cU[/ythd]
simply copy and past the underlined part of the link https://youtu.be/PmQ_pKPh8cU into the tags.
you find this like when you click the "Share" tab just copy that last portion of the link.
If for whatever reason yow don't want an hd video then past the same code into these tags: [youtube][/youtube] like this: [youtube]PmQ_pKPh8cU[/youtube]
If done correctly, It should turn out like this:
