A dark deck for BCR-On. It seems to work pretty well. Not sure if i like all the counts of the cards yet. But heres whats in it right now.

    Pokemon:
2-2-2 Hydreigon (Dark Trance) Preferably the dragon types from LT
    3 Yveltal XY
    2 Yveltal Ex
    1 Mewtwo Ex
    1 Darkrai Ex

    Trainers:
    4 Juniper
    3 Skyla
    3 N
    2 Colress
    2 Lysandre
    1 Pokemon Fan Club
    1 Dowsing Machine
    1 Professor's letter
    1 Switch
    1 Escape Rope
    1 Pal Pad
    2 Evosoda
    3 Max Potion
    2 Startling Megaphone
    3 Ultra Ball
    4 Muscle Band
    2 Shadow Circle

    Energy:
    7 Dark
    4 DCE

Basically use Yveltal to accelerate energy, hydreigon to move it around, and darkrai for free retreat. Yveltal and Mewtwo are the main attackers.

Max potion shenanigans. Shadow Circle for mewtwo wars.

I find evosoda better for 2 step pokemon that you dont run 4 of. It wastes less space than rare candy and hydreigon isnt super important to have out asap. Having to have deino on the bench with a rare candy and hydreigon in hand is too hard when there are only 2 of each.

Maybe 7 energy is too low for this deck but im not really sure and i haven't really played around with dark since dark patch. So it might be too little.

    Thoughs on this deck?

I really like the theme of the deck and it looks very well made, but I'm a bit curious about running 4 of Muscle Band - why so many? :o I'd have figured 2 extra Dark Energies would be more useful in the long run, especially in this deck, but perhaps I'm underestimating Muscle Band's power. I feel like Tool removal is a tad too easy right now to warrant running 4 copies of a 2 counter booster in one deck, but again I've not gotten too familiar with the XY sets yet so I may well be wrong haha.

Muscle bands are really good. it makes your pokemon do 20 more damage. Which may not seem like alot. But lets look at yveltal ex. With 2 energy on itself it will do 20 + 40 for the 2 energy, then add a muscle band. That is now 80 damage for just 2 energy. This excludes any energy on the defending pokemon. If the defending pokemon has 1 energy attached to it, and it should. You now hit for 100, instead of 80. Turning a 3HKO into a 2HKO on 180 hp Exs. The way the game is now. 20 extra damage is usualy all you need.

Yes since startling megaphone is so heavily played, the more muscle bands the better. They can only use Megaphone, probably twice in one match. meaning you still have 2 more to attack with.
