Do you have other EV'd Pokemon besides Milotic and Glaceon?
 
I can trade you almost anything in your pokedex wants list and a deoxys and jirachi for the tru shaymin and shiny bulbasaur
 
i can trade a celebi or a jirachi for a glaceon.
