    Hi, this is my little request shop. I do banners and avy's, but banners will take a little longer. And if anyone stops by, could they tell me how i can post one of my example art? thanks!

    I am not about to give a number rating ^.~ But, I will give you constructive crits, alright?

    I think that, over time, people shall get better at their graphics. I highly suggest you download GIMP brushes and perhaps look at tutorials, you can find them in many places. And, for heaven's sake, add some more creativity!

    I wish you good luck, and sorry for the small piece of advice ^^;
     
    I'm not interested in requesting either, but I would like to say that you need to either:

    1. Get some brushes! (Basics, even if you're not a brushy person, you have to have them for some effects as well)

    or

    2. Learn how to fix up effects.

    Your renders aren't really that clean, like, the white like around the transformer or whatever? Most people don't like those, and will avoid requesting in a shop where they see those little white dots. What program do you use? Gimp? Do you use the magic wand to remove the background? Or something else?

    See how on the first attatchment, there aren't any visible white lines? That's what people like to see. ;3 But it's hard to read the flashing text, and it's even harder to see the image, due to the pattern background.
     
    idk, in some sense photoshop i guess. were still open for requests, so if anyone would like to request go ahead. Also, ive got new effects in my arsenal, so ive gotten a wider range and view on banners and avy's, so dont be shy, be confident about posting a request here.

    i know, and i figured out how, but no one is posting, so i guess they dont get to see how myuch better ive become. Oh well, like i care.

    GIMP.

    Try to find some brushes to download, and look up some tutorials. I wonder if you can scatter smudge on GIMP.. ;x *hasn't used it in a while*

    The colour scheme should, in most cases, not clash (gasp, maybe they should even MATCH!) with the main image. Orange x Blue = Not the best. Orange x Dark Orange = <3

    And that blinking grey text on the first one.. eack. ;; You should've made the stripes in the background a similar colour, and then make the gray maybe black or dark orange or gold or something. But grey? DX;

    I know that you are just a beginner. And these are simply things to help you. So don't go flamin' meh :x

    Oh yeah-- People don't improve within a few days xD So, yeah, this stuff takes real practice. Take advice from others, or you'll never become better. I've been using Photoshop since December or January, probably. Six months. Wow, eh? No, I didn't learn all my stuff in 24 hours.
