As for the Ganon thing. Ganondorf is usually for the human for, while Ganon is ususally used when referrign to the giant Mobliny pig beast creature. However, the two terms are interchangeable as seen in The Wind Waker.
According to the SuperNES ALttP manual the full names are Mandrag Ganon and Ganondrof Dragmire. However, these are never mentioned in any Japanese source. And the Japanese sources outweight ours interms of canonicity. So, using these terms would be incorrect.
The Ocarina of Time manga also adds "Sir" to Ganondorf's name. But the manga canonicity is below that of the games and manuals (which comes first), so it is not the best source.
