    This a a tournament of Zoids pilots of great strength. I would like an even number of people that way we can have 1 on 1 matches with everyone, but I won't be picky. We can also have some evil people that try to ruin the tournament to steal Zoids parts or something.
    For those who don't know, Zoids are large fighting robots (usually as big as a house) that are all different types of animals. Some are large cats, some dinosaurs, and elephants and all types.
    When you join you can choose to be a character from any of the Zoid shows or make up your own. When you choose your Zoid you can also make your own. If you decide to make your own Zoid and/or character here's the form-

    Appearence- She has short brown hair, blue eyes and wears a black suit with yellow arms and legs.
    Personality- She is kind but a hard fighter. She will always try to win no matter what the odds.

    Zoid- Zaber Fang

    Appearence-She has long blonde hair, blue eyes, Wears a saphire jacket and black pants.
    Personality-She is rash and jumps ot conclusions. She also likes to be sort of a loner, but does have a few friends.
    Piloting Skill- 2 (I want to work my way up through the ranks)
    Zoid- Yanker

    Name-Yanker
    Appearence- It is a huge white Monkey wih walks on two legs. It also has a horn coming out of its head.
    Size- the size of 6 schol busses stacked up end to end.
    Weapons- On the front of his horn he has three weak, but fast rapid fire guns. off his tail he can shoot rockets. He can also smash or shoot wioth his hands, but his strongest weapon is his Balistic Blaster that fire 300 heat seaking large missles.
    Signature Move- Balistic Balisto

    Name: Jake Watkins
    Age: 16
    Appearance: Tall, curly brown hair cut quite short. Green eyes. Wears a black t-shirt, green army-style jacket, green cargo pants and combat boots.
    Personality: Cocky, arrogant and reckless outside of battle. Once the fight is joined though, he's cold and ruthless. Friendless unless it gains him something.
    Skill level: 7
    Zoid: Mountain Wolf

    Zoid name: Mountain Wolf
    Appearance: Wolflike (duh) and silver-brown paint scheme. Has two railguns mounted on each side and a small laser cannon up to. Claws and fangs can be used as a weapon as well.
    Size: 59 tons, 18 meters tall, 23 meters long. Max speed: 207 kph.
    Weapons: Laser cannon (small), Heavy railgun x4, quad-drive shocks (increases agility), flares x20.
    Signature move: Strike Laser Fang.

    Name: Anthony Blitstrider
    Age: 18
    Appearence: Brown Hair, Brown Eyes, thin, well built.
    Personality: Outgoing and friendly, but becomes much like the Wild Eagle when in combat
    Piloting Skill: 6-8 Pretty good, but has his cocky little quirks.
    Zoid: Custom-Modified Ramjet Fire Fox

    Zoid Name: Ramjet Fire Fox
    Appearance: Similar to Shadow Fox, however being red and dark grey with a prehensile tail to house sniper.
    Size: 18x8 meters. Approx. 50 tons.
    Primary Weapons: AZ 30mm Laser Vulcan Gun, LR Railgun Sniper, Strike Laser Claw, Smoke Discharger, Radar Jammer

    Zoid Explaination: Follows along a silmilar design as the one of a kind Shadow Fox. Standard AZ 30mm vulcan laser gun on rotating turret for short to mid range defense and attack. Primary weapon is a long-range railgun sniper rifle in the tail. Strike Laser claw added as short-range defense weapons to make up for the Zoid's primary strategic role and weak close-range combat roles. Advanced Radar Jammer and Smoke Dischargers added as tactical defense, however, the Smoke Dischargers cannot be used in sniper mode. It's double ion boosters induce 200+ MPH speed and it's manuverability performance is extrmemely high to make up for it's lack of sufficent armor plating. Often only a few well placed laser shots will create a command system freeze. Advanced sensors and radar complement it's sniper modes and can also be used in close-range combat as well, but not as effectively.
     
    WOW is everyone else here like really into zoids? Cause that was a reallly detailed description of your zoid!!!

    Oh, and TAD, there is absolutely no way that piece of equipment could weight only seven tons...The Shadow Fox is classified as a scout, and it weighs in at a full 54 tons. </OOC>

    "Pathetic" I spat, looking out at the three defeated pilots, their control systems frozen. I turned my Wolf, the pair of us stalking off the field almost befor the Judge had awarded me th victory.
     
    OOC: I might be interested in joining, But I've seen *VERY* few episodes of any zoids show, so I know the very basics, anyone fluent in the show might explain how much of the show I need to know? (Rhyme not intended)

I can also give some sites with detailed specifications of particular Zoids as well, jut so you can get an idea of what you would want to use. I'd explain it here, but I'm not all that good at telling summaries...</OOC>

    "And the winner is...Team Sidewinder!" The judge announced.

    With a sniper shot right into the leg of the lead rival pilot's Dibision, the battle had ended immediatly. A count of three Zoids were defeated: The lead basic colored Dibision, a white Command Wolf, and a Gunsniper. The battle had been tough, but I would rather not bathe in victory for too long. Three days, three battles striaght, and three successes. However, going back to base has become a grueling chore due to the frequency of the battles of late. Even loading up my Ramjet's sniper tail has become a luxury. I shifted the seat back into normal position and accelerated away from the battlefield with my partner, a Ramjet Fire Fox. Halfway back to the Lupine base, I got a holo-call from the Zoid Battle Commission to announce my next opponent:

    "Team Sidewinder pilot Anthony Blitstrider, the Commission has determined your next opponent." The white judge explained in his generic mechanical voice. I sighed heavily. Not again... I thought to myself. Perhaps reasoning with the ZBC might be worth a try this time around.
    "Judge, I request a postponement of the battle. Myself and Ramjet have been battling for three days straight. We need a break to rejuvenate our skills." I said.
    "Request denied. The battle will take place tommorow at coordinates X:47, Y:55 at 11:00 hours. Your opponent will be the pilot Jake Watkins. Transmission, over."

    The hologram in front of me dissapeared. I had a vague feeling they wouldn't negotiate anything. I pulled an inventory of weapons and damage assements. 75% of my sniper ammunition had been used up in the past two battles. The AZ Vulcan and the Strike Laser Claw have unlimited ammo, but due to the lack of proper care in the past few days they are beginning to wear somewhat. The damage reports checked out nominal, but despite that, some decent maintainence would be nice at this point in time. I decided to camp out in the forest to the north and give the Ramjet as much care as I could with what I had; which unfortunatly wasn't very much. I sat there munching on some beef jerky with only the upcoming battle in mind. Tommorrow will be a long day.
     
    The simple screen I'd set up in my apartment was good enough for battle instructions. I nodded after recieving them, taking notes on my hand. Wlof had been parked in a local garage for repair and reload as usual. I strolled down to a local bar for a drink before bed tonight, I never could handle sleeping before 10 at night.

    Saphira had been practicing with her new zoid two days ago when her trainer Patic told her she was to join a profession Zoids tournament. They had argued the subject, but he won... as he always did.

    Saphira: I'm Fifteen! And I'm only classified as a 2 star Piolit. I'm not Ready for this!
    Patic: Yes you are! You are ready.
    Saphira: No I'm not Hello? Two stars!!!
    Patic: Rating isn't everything!! Your soul is in your Zoid you are ready!!!
    Saphira: But this is a team tournament correct?
    Patic: Yes And I have your team here They will be two other Yanker Piolits You will be team Yankara!
    Saphira: Fine!
    Saphira Knew it was no use argueing as he always won. She practiced hard for the next three days getting ready, when the tournament started even she felt she had trained hard enough to win.


    Now... three days later she sat in a chair in her designated area waiting for the ZBC to give her her orders on who to fight in the first round of her fighting.

    OOC: MA are you gonna get on I'm gonna battle you okay?
     
    The fourth day had arrived without mercy. A thunderstorm popped up in the morning, lowering visibility on the upcoming battlefield. All I could do now was wait for the signal to start the competition.

    The judge came down somewhat far from the center of the field to the right of my Ramjet. The klaxon wailed, signaling the warning of the upcoming Zoid battle.
    "Area scanned. Battlefield...setup."
    My opponent had already been waiting on the far side of the rather falt ten-mile desert. With a lack of hills and protective natural cover, sniping was totally out of the question.
    The judge continued: "Jake Watkins versus Anthony Blitstrider."
    My heart began to race. Close-range combat wasn't exactly my cup of tea.
    "Battle mode 0992. Ready~"
    Here we go...
    "FIGHT!"

    I began with a shift to the side and a mad dash for any cover the battlefield had to offer. I could hear some slight buckling from the legs of my Ramjet. "Hang in there, partner, we'll try to finish this as soon as possible..." I said to my ever-vigilant Ramjet. However, there was a tone in my voice to try to comfort myself as well. No shots were fired from the opponet. I assumed he would be out of range. I dove behind the largest hill that the battlefield could offer and switched on my long-range radar and scanning equipment. I had to lock onto the Wolf before it was too late.
     
    I opened up with a rapid-fire blast at the hill from my laser cannon, strafing to the side. I needed to interrupt any possible targeting, hopefully the dust would help that. I pushed backward from my front legs, leaping back out of the range of most weapons.
