Kricketune's is just wonderfully unforgettable. I remember using it when I played through Sinnoh the first time and I fell in love with it simply because of its cry. haha
I also really love Magnezone's cry:
Honestly Gen 4 produced most of my favorite cries. One I do still love from the older...
I think at some point throughout all of the times I've played through the different games, I've had a Pokémon of at least one of each typing on my team with the exception of the Rock type (not counting challenge runs). No reason why, really. They just never found a place on my teams. I almost...
I enjoyed the third episode although I'm not sure if I 100% loved the portrayal of the E4. Something about them was a little iffy to me, but it was an enjoyable episode nonetheless and it was nice to see Green's rise in the Pokémon League.
He looked like he was just brooding in that champion...
I'm very excited about the customization in these games, especially now that it's possible to make the clothes a different color. So many times when I was playing X/Y I was disappointed because I liked certain pieces of clothing together but the color scheme never worked.
It also looks like we...
The first two episodes were really great! I love that Pikachu a lot. The way it was animated and voiced was adorable! lol And I was relieved to see that all of Red's scenes that I recognized from the trailer were in the first episode, so maybe he won't be all over the place and the other game...
I remember being really bitter about that at first when the games came out and the new Pokémon were revealed. There were too many evos and pre-evos. Too many legendaries. It's funny because I honestly really didn't like Gen 4 at first, but now it's grown to be my favorite.
Baby Pokémon are...
I am pretty hyped for this and I hope that if the reception to it is good enough that TPC will consider doing more game-based animation. seeing Cyrus, Giratina and the Spear Pillar on that cover has me on cloud nine, to be honest. I love Gen 4 (and Team Galactic are my favorite villainous team)...
HGSS had quite a bit of the story elements that Crystal had (Eusine/Suicune come to mind) while staying true to the plot of G/S. I wish ORAS would have followed this pattern and used some of the Emerald story elements (I enjoyed having Magma and Aqua both creating havoc in Emerald).
I do hope...
Grass Mono Sapphire update
Fought Team Aqua... multiple times lol. Defeated Flannery with surprising ease, Norman was also pretty easy to deal with. Caught Cacnea and found the root fossil, revived it into Lileep. Trained them up and they evolved into Cacturne and Cradily, respectfully. Also...
First update for Sapphire on my grass mono run. Smooth sailing so far.
- Obtained Treecko from Prof. Birch.
- Caught Lotad
- Helped Wallace catch his Ralts
- Beat Roxanne easily
- Helped Devon Corp and delivered the letter to Steven Stone
- Grinded a bit for Brawly, Lotad evolved into Lombre...
As said by many already, Brock is just a much more memorable character. Both by being the first gym leader (chronologically speaking, going from the very first games) and because of his huge role in the anime. Brock has always been one of my favorites. Always will be. :pink_love:
A bit hard to choose between Steven and Blue for me, but ultimately I had to go with Blue. Partly due to nostalgia, however he has a very balanced and formidable team as the champion. And as someone else said, he's also the only champion who is also the player's rival, so it only makes it that...
I have completed my Soul Silver run for my ultimate grass mono challenge.
After traveling to Kanto I was finally able to work to obtain a couple of leaf stones to evolve my Exeggcute and Weepinbell with. They both quickly became very valuable members of the team. I defeated the Kanto gym...
So after beating Claire for the Rising Badge, a week straight of trying to do a lot of grinding on Victory Road to get my grass children a little over leveled so they could maybe stand a chance against the E4 + Lance... I am now victorious. lol
So over the last week I remembered that pokémon...
