In my opinion if you are going for life orb Vikavolt, you might want a faster spread and agility. Otherwise, I'd suggest a choice specs set (assuming you won't use specs Whimsicott as the previous poster suggested). Here's a set that's found on smogon:

Type advantages are not hard for veteran players, the only challenge is a level curve, because increasing the AI further could make the game nigh-broken (them predicting your moves would be totally unfair and would discourage newer players). This could be fixed with different difficulty modes...
