Okay, that's pretty interesting. I remember in G/S/C that they don't really tell you when they save the game but I managed to estimate about where it'll happen. At least if I can save an entire game via Coliseum, it won't be too bad.

The chances are very rare right? I just started playing Pokemon again after a few years of hiatus and I certainly don't want bad eggs. Somehow I doubt that bad eggs can corrupt the entire game. It's probably just a minor glitch that probably would be fixed in future games.
