I live about 15 miles southwest of Houston, and I've been watching the news all day. It doesn't matter what category this storm is, Galveston is going to get absolutely devastated. Some estimates put the wave heights at 30-35ft. Even if it's "only" a category 2, it'll still have catastrophic...

Um... I can actually read Japanese. If not a lot, at least enough to get the gist of the story. I see no reason to wait forever just to get the English version. By then, the whole game is spoiled. Just google it. We're not really supposed to give out links to ROMS here.
