It could be Chinese as there are tons of those Chinese translated games in HK and I am guessing elsewhere as well.

Well, I don't think they'll be making another remake, at least not for any time soon bbecause the purose of FR/LG is to provide RBY/GSC Pokemon for R/S. Now that almost all pokemon can be caught legitably through one of the games, another remake will be meaningless and a waste of time and money.

I've beaten the Elite Four and I know I am supposed to talk to the 2 Rocket's in Island 1 to battle them and open a new cave, but when I talk to them, they won't battle me! I know I am supposed to talk to some guy but I don't know who. Please tell me how do I get them to battle me. Thanks.
