Day 01 - Your first Pokemon game
Pokemon Gold. I got to play Pokemon Yellow when I was younger, but Gold was the first one I actually owned and beat.
Day 02 - Your favourite Pokemon
It's a tie between Growlithe and Squirtle. They're both on top. :3
Day 03 - A Pokemon that is underrated
Flygon. Just because he isn't pseudo-legendary doesn't mean he can't kick butt. He was awesome in my Ruby, and I didn't feel guilty at all for raising him from a Trapinch.
Day 04 - Your favorite item
Moomoo Milk! I love saying it when I played Gold. Very nutritious and a feel-good drink for my beloved Pokemon. Lemonade/Soda Pop/Fresh Water get second place, too.
Day 05 - Character you feel you are most like (or wish you were)
Wally. I felt like a shy and sickly child during my childhood days, and I always had to gain my confidence from others. I felt like I've improved like Wally has in R/S/E now, though.
Day 06 - Most annoying character
I think every single NPC that talks excessively gets this award. Most have been mentioned in this thread, too.
Day 07 - Favourite couple
I can't think of an instance from the game for this, so I'll look at the anime/manga here. I think Ash X May is the best anime pairing, so far. But for the manga, I'd go with Silver X Blue, closely followed by Red X Yellow.
Day 08 - Best soundtrack
This one is HARD. The best most recent one would definitely be the DP Pokemon League Theme. It's surprising how I'm already getting nostalgic while listening to a relatively recent song. I love the first three generation's soundtracks equally (making me think of how hard picking out the best for me is), but I'll at least pick some of my favorites...that is, the GSC Surf Theme (other Surf Themes are good, too), Goldenrod City Theme, National Park Theme, Ecruteak/Cianwood Themes, All of the Bike Themes...argh this IS hard. I'll just stop, and listen happily to all of them. Still, I have to say, and I'm surprised that no one has spoken of this, that Verdanturf Town's music just gives me the chills with its awesome nostalgia and soothing melody. <3
Day 09 - Saddest scene
All PMD endings are equally the saddest scenes in the franchise. Each one made me really emotional. PMD2's ending even made me cry a little.
Day 10 - Best game innovation
Although my first thought would be the Physical/Special split, I think that it didn't help every Pokemon, because, for example, Alakazam lost the Elemental Punches and Sceptile lost his signature Leaf Blade. So I'd say the unlimited TM use was the better innovation.
1Day 11 - Favorite part of the franchise (games, manga, anime, etc.)
I'd say the games, of course. PMD + Main Series rocks. But the manga ain't bad, either. The anime was quite good at times, too.
Day 12 - An anime episode everyone should see
The first one, of course! But you should watch the whole first season if you plan to watch the first episode, because it's really nostalgic, fun and silly. XD The farewell episodes deserve to be watched too, or the character development-centric episodes (if you have a favourite character in the anime), if you don't have the time to watch whole seasons. :3
Day 13 - A Pokemon you've used more than five times
Arcanine! Thank goodness it was available in G/S/C. That gave me the opportunity to use it within all four Generations, including the remakes. What? You say that's not more than five? I've replayed these games for quite a number of times, and who says I can't play Yellow and Crystal after playing R/B and G/S? >:3
Day 14 - Current (or most recent) Pokemon wallpaper
Sigh, I'm afraid I haven't been using Pokemon wallpapers because I don't have a personal computer. I do remember trying out the PMD2 wallpapers from its launch site, as well as certain high quality Pokemon fan art I find in the internet. I just can't remember which one I tried out the latest, so I stated both. :P
Day 15 - Post your current team from a game of your choice
I can't remember my past teams that well so I'll go with my current one in White:
Excadrill, Mienfoo, Darmanitan, Jellicent and Fraxure. Wait, it's not full yet, because I'll soon put a Braviary I have yet to meet in the missing slot.
Day 16 - Favourite cut scene
PMD2 Ending beats all cutscenes in the main games. It always gets to me, and just takes the cake that's not a lie.
Day 17 - Favourite antagonist
Silver from PokeSpe. He's just awesome, and I think I liked PokeSpe because of him.
Day 18 - Favourite protagonist
Brock in the anime. He just made everything better when he was around. Cilan's a good replacement, though. :3
Day 19 - Picture of a Pokemon town/city you wish you lived in
Definitely Verdanturf Town! I love the calm music and the soothing atmosphere. :)
Day 20 - Favourite region
Hoenn! It just was the first to bring much needed variety to the main series.
Day 21 - Game/Arc with the best story
I haven't finished B/W, but I have high expectations based on what I've already played. And so far, it might actually be the best in the main series. GSC Arc of the manga was also awesome.
Day 22 - A movie which disappointed you
Destiny Deoxys could have used some main character development (I'm not referring to the star character that's only shown in one movie, I'm talking about Ash and co.). Rise of the Darkrai was also pretty bland when Darkrai wasn't on the screen.

Whew...that took up more time than I expected.
Oh, and I'm sorry if some of the later challenge responses were short. I initially had long responses there (and actually almost finished the whole darn post...hey, I tried to recreate the responses anyway), but the fact is I got logged out while typing and I accidentally clicked Preview Post. T_T
Good thing I didn't have to start over...because I copied part of what I wrote from Notepad.
Lesson learned: never forget using Ctrl + A > Ctrl + C before clicking Preview Post. :\
