  • Warren flinched as he heard a crash behind him. Spinning around, however, he saw that it was nothing more than the door to room twelve finally bursting open. A policeman with a blowtorch stood back from where he had been working on the lock, just in time to avoid being trampled by Liv and Danny. Warren looked up just in time to see a screaming, flailing mass before Liv crashed into him and threw her arms around him. More than a little shocked he staggered back a step, then looked down at Liv and tapped her on the arm.
"Errr...anytime you feel like letting me breathe again..." Liv released him and stepped back, shaking a little.
"Sorry," she muttered weakly, "I just...are you okay? I mean, what happened?" Warren shook his head, almost as if he didn't believe it himself.
"I managed to get away from Guy long enough to grab a few of my Pokeballs. Poliwag and Rattata really did the rest. Guy was lying unconscious on the floor so I went to call the police. I only just managed to tell them where to come before I blacked out too." Liv frowned.
"So then, where's Guy now?" Warren shook his head again.
"I don't know. He wasn't here when I woke up. Neither were his Pokémon. Apart from..." Warren gestured with his head to the scene behind him, where a large black and yellow insect was being cautiously returned to a police-issue escape-proof Pokeball.
"I guess that a second failure meant he wasn't good enough for Guy..." Warren sighed despondently. He knew that he could well be having his next gym battle soon, but it was hard to feel excited when he knew that Needle was unlikely to ever be released for safety reasons, and it was unlikely that it would ever be adopted by another trainer, with a history of criminal violence. It might have caused him some serious inconveniences, but Warren couldn't help feeling a little sorry for it.
"Excuse me; I'm looking for Warren Simmons?" For the second time in as many minutes, Warren spun around and was greeted by a beautiful girl standing there, a tentative smile on her face.
"That would be me," he answered drily, "What do you want?" Slightly taken aback by his upfront manner, the girl nodded, then continued, "My name is Erika. I'm the gym leader here and as I hold a position of some authority, I was wondering if there was anything that I could do for you. You've prevented a real disaster her, so we really want to thank you, if you'll let us." Warren thought for a moment. Nothing sprang to mind that he immediately needed. Then his gaze flickered over to where the policemen were about to leave.
"There is one thing," he began, "Those policemen have a Beedrill with them - it used to belong to the person who did all of this," he gestured towards the malfunctioning Nurse Joy, which had spent the last hour offering cups of tea to a chair, "I need you to find someone who can take care of it. Rehabilitate it, if you will." Erika nodded thoughtfully.
"I have a friend in the Johto region, he specialises in Bugs. I'll have a word with him." Warren nodded gratefully as Erika turned to leave.
"Wait!" he shouted, just as the door swung open. She paused in the door.
"There is one more thing that I want...and that's your badge!"

OOC: yeah, not quite so epic :P But the aftermath is equally important...

    "Pichu, charm!"

Pichu blew a kiss at Krabby, who actually looked a little weirded out.

"Kookie kookie....." Krabby blew a small bubble.

"Pi?" Pichu watched the bubble float towards her.

It popped in the tip of her finger she held out.

Rini stared. "Was that even an attack?"

Krabby looked insulted. Some foamy drool came out of his mouth.

"Ah, I'm sorry. It was very.....artful?"

Pichu fell over laughing at the look on Krabby's face, a look between shock and annoyance.

"PIIII!!!" Pichu suddenly screamed as her tail was caught in a vice grip.

"Pichu?" Rini picked her pokemon up, the other still hanging on much to Pichu's discomfort. "Hmmmm..." she tried to shake him off by shaking Pichu.

    "Pi Pichu!?"

    Rini prodded at the pincer.

Krabby used his free pincer to clamp onto her finger.

"Ahhhh!" she screamed, fling her finger around in a wide arc.

Unfortunataly Pichu was still on Krabby's other end.

"PICHU!" she suddenly released a thundershock, shocking both her trainer and the attached Krabby.

Krabby's eyes widened and he released both Pichu's tail and Rini's finger.

Both human and Krabby fell over in a smoking heap.

"Pichu pichu!" Pichu tugged on Rini's arm to get her attention.

"Pichu, why'd you have to shock me?"

    "Pichu pi pichu pichu!"

"Oh yea...." Rini glanced over to the Krabby, who still seemed dazed. Pulling an empty pokeball from her pocket she grinned. "This is it.....Pokeball go!"

The pokeball flew in at an arc and slammed into one of Krabby's pincers. The crab was turned into energy and sucked into the ball.

    The pokeball began to shake.....

  • @ILAYM - How very... caring... of Warren. Never thought I'd say that! lol :)

@Rii - Hmm... okay, I liked the post so I'll let you have the catch, but in future can you bulk out battle posts a little please.

The pokeball shook back and forth before coming to a stop and letting out a dull ding, which told Rini her capture had been succesful. The pokeball then glowed white, before disappearing and being sent to Professor Maple's lab.

Congratulations Rini caught a Level 8 Krabby

  • "The Gym battle between Warren, the challenger and Erika, the Gym Leader, will now begin! Each trainer will use two Pokemon and both trainers may make substitutions at any time, if they so wish. Now, Warren, Erika, release your first Pokémon!" Warren sighed as the referee spouted the same old rules and regulations. They never changed, so why did they need to be repeated before every single Gym battle? Erika just held out her first Pokeball.
"Time for a battle, Tangela!" In a burst of light, the mass of vines spilled out onto the field and Warren smiled. As the only pure Grass-type common to Kanto, Tangela was an obvious choice.
"Let's go, Rattata!" he shouted, a note of confidence in his voice. Liv and Danny, watching from the sidelines, didn't seem to share his confidence.
"Is he mad? Tangela is three times Rattata's size!" Liv whispered. Her brother just nodded gravely, not saying anything. Warren was slightly less passive.
    "Rattata, Hyper Fang!" Erika smirked.
"Vine Whip!" The small rat shrieked in pain and shock as Tangela caught it in midair, then flung it backwards. Or at least, it tried to throw it backwards. Desperate to land an attack, Rattata bit down on the vine as it flew past her face, grinning through Tangela's shrieks. However, the purple mammal was in for a shock as, gritting its teeth through the pain, Tangela whipped Rattata right into the mass of vines that was its body. Her red eyes flashed once, before they were obscured by thick blue vines. Warren gasped in shock.
"Use Hyper Fang again!" he shouted, "And try and get to its actual body!" Erika raised an eyebrow.
"Absorb, Tangela!" she ordered calmly, "And repair any damage it causes." Warren looked on in shock as Tangela began to grow faintly green, staggering as it was simultaneously chewed up by Rattata and healed by the Absorb. Finally, it staggered to a stop and fell to its knees. It looked up once, then fell flat on its face, unconscious. Warren cheered, then instantly stopped when Rattata fell out of Tangela's vines, having also fainted.
"One down, one to go," he sighed as he returned Rattata, though he was very aware that the same was true for both of them. This battle was far from over.

OOC: ugh, this post was awful. I'm sorry for forcing you to read this drivel :P

  • Diane was stressed after having another Pokemon knocked out, and was even more worried to realize that Sean had 3 Pokemon left, while Diane only had 2. However, this was not totally covered as sean's Zubat was terribly weak and had trouble flying after Rattata used its blunt fangs on Zubat's left wing. Sean saw it in a different point of view, that since he had 3 Pokemon left it was more 2 Pokemon that 3 as Zubat was less likely to attack and was not more viable for battle for now, but if it was going out, Sean would let it go out knowing that it atleast tried to get Diane's next Pokemon down. Sean knew what one of her remaining Pokemon were, and tactically would know that Diane would save it to the end in order to be a perfect finale for her. Diane had then sent out the only other Pokemon that she could use, but it was quite a tough cookie too. She grabbed one PokeBall from her pocket and held it in her hand, and then said the magic words. "Come on out, Butterfree! You can do it!" indeed, it was a very hard Pokemon to handle due to all of its moves that can cause several status problems. This was a perfect Pokemon for her, as it would annoy the heck out of Sean. As the ball hit the ground, it burst open, releasing Butterfree who flapped its beautiful wings until it levitated into the air. Sean did not see this Pokemon coming, as he was sure Diane would go for the more evil type, but he had no idea at all that Butterfree was her most evil Pokemon. Diane was deciding which of her moves would be perfect to score out Zubat, but she didn't really need much. But first, she would mainly focus on getting Sean annoyed before striking, so she chose one of Butterfree's most annoying moves. "Butterfree, use Stun Spore!" indeed it was a horribly annoying move to sean, so just the two words immediately got him frustrated, as Zubat was already in a bad state. Butterfree then flew across the air with elegancy and grace, since it was so graceful, but it was really evil on the inside. Once Butterfree was flying above Zubat, who tried to get a view of Butterfree but failed since it was right above it, Butterfree scattered an orange powder over Zubat, which caused pain on Zubat's wings which were in enough pain. Because Zubat was paralyzed, and could not move, and also had a bad bite on the left wing, Zubat collapsed to the ground and had fainted due to so much pain. That was all it took, and Sean had to retreat Zubat back in and choose his next Pokemon. "That's a shame. Don't worry Zubat, you'll be better later." he pushed the white button on the PokeBall, sending Zubat back inside.

Sean was going to play it the same way as Diane and choose another Pokemon rather than Growlithe so the last battle between each other would be big and between both their best Pokemon. As for Sean's other Pokemon, it was one of his strongest on his side and was a great match to Diane's Butterfree. Only problem, is that they could indeed be evenly matched. There was a strong look in Diane's eyes, that she was nervous about losing to Sean, as it would prove that none of her Pokemon are worth to battle against the shiny Eevee in which was up for grabs to anybody, and not just the two rivals who were having a battle while Eevee could be anywhere. There was nothing else to wait for, so Sean immediately got to the point and grabbed another PokeBall from his bag, andf then held it, ready to be thrown. "Show her your stuff, Beedrill!" he chucked the ball to the ground, forcing it to open up and release Beedrill from the ball. Beedrill immediately knew that there was a battle going on, so its clear wings were flapping wildly as it was buzzing away. Butterfree and Beedrill were both strong Bug types that are not so friendly towards each other. To start off the battle, Sean gave his first command to Beedrill, as he thought of a strategy by attacking first with a certain move. "Start off by using Focus Energy!" it was a wise choice to use this move first in battle, as it would raise the chance of getting a critical shot at an opponent. Diane didn't believe in that, and just stood watching as she knew that critical hits were rare and not to be counted on. Beedrill started to flap a lot slower, and buzz quieter as if it was meditating, but it was really focussing its mind on Butterfree, analyzing it for its weak spot through brain power.

Diane just stuck her tongue out and made a comment, "That's the best you can do, Taylor? That's really not going to work, but let me show you how to really pull something off! Butterfree, use your Sleep Powder!" yet another move that Diane would use to get on Sean's nerves, but little did Diane know that Sleep Powder was a Grass type move and Beedrill was a Bug/Poison type, so the chance of hitting was so small. Not to menchan that Beedrill had focussed hard on Butterfree so any move Beedrill would use would have an edge to it as Focus Energy made it realize Butterfree's weak spot. Butterfree had fluttered across the air, until it reached Beedrill and slowed its wings down. Once Beedrill was completely under Butterfree, not noticing what was above it, Sean gave an instruction, "Move!" he didn't sound scared but he would hate his Pokemon to fall asleep again as it was his most annoying scenario. Butterfree started to scatter a green powder above Beedrill, who got the message that above it was Butterfree who was scattering its powder that was about to put it to sleep. Beedrill did not let that happen, and started to levitate higher while buzzing and then flew off the spot, making the powder just sprinkle the ground. "And you thought you could 'pull something off' didn't you, Diane?" Sean couldn't help but make her realize that she was wrong and could hardly be right with her attitude. all she did was huff and frown at him as if she was trying to use her little girl charm on him which obviously wouldn't work. To put the icing on the cake, Sean gave Beedrill a move to use that would surely get her ticked off if it worked properly. "Now then, Beedrill. Use Poison Sting!" indeed Diane got frustrated once she heard the first word, 'Poison' because she had some bad experience with it and knew that it would kill if any direct attacks wouldn't. Beedrill then started to buzz, and its clear wings flapped at terribly high speed, as beedrill pointed its tail stinger at Butterfree, who was fluttering near a flower bush. Once the tail was perfectly aimed, Beedrill shot a needle of toxic posion, in the direction of Butterfree's weak spot, it's lower right wing which when shot would not only be infected, but would make Butterfree hard to fly, just like Zubat when Rattata used Hyper Fang. Butterfree stopped flying around the flyers and noticed a needle travelling through the air, towards it. As a panic state, Butterfree flew in a circle again but a lot faster as it did not know where to go with the needle to avoid it. Just then, the needle had shot Butterfree's wing scale and the poison had infected not just the whole wing, but Butterfree. The pain was awful, and Butterfree was in a terrible shock, taking in more damage from the poison each second. Luckily for Diane though, Butterfree only got the pain every few seconds, so it still had the chance to attack with its rather blunt wings. Diane was deciding which one move would have great effect on Beedrill, then she had one idea that could surely work. "Not bad, Sean. But that won't pull Butterfree down! Use Aerial Ace!" indeed, it was a move that Butterfree could not learn but there was a TM of it that she had aquired from some place. Aerial Ace was smart, as it was fast and could not miss at all, so Sean's Beedrill had to watch out. Butterfreee's wings suddenly felt rather normal, but it was just because the pain had temporarily stopped acting, as Butterfree kept flapping them in preparation form Aerial Ace. Beedrill was just buzzing slowly as it had not felt different at all so far, but it was in for a bigh schock as Aerial Ace would be extra effective againt Beedrill. Momentarily, Butterfree then got up to a swift speed and aimed its body up to Beedrill, and then shot across at the speed of sound. Even the terribly fast speed made Sean jump as he did not sense such a reaction. It did not take long for Butterfree to hit Beedrill, who got hit right in a terribley weak spot, leaving it completely weak in an instant.

Beedrill was weak now, even though it was the only shot on it the shot by Butterfree's Aerial Ace was dire and the speed gave it a massive power-up. Sean could not decide which move to use next, as there was not so many to use except Poison Sting and Fury Attack which Poison Sting he had already used and Fury Attack he wanted to save. It took him some time to decide, but unfortunately, he lost his chance and Diana took the chance to use yet another move that would be super effective on Beedrill. "Let's do it, Butterfree! Use Confusion!" a terrible move for Sean to hear, as it was not only super effective, but it had the extra effect, yep, confusion. Nothing else was much more annoying than the confusion status and he just stressed and crossed his fingers that it would not confuse. Butterfree stopped flying, but somehow stayed in the air as its antennaes were glowing with a purple essence. With both Butterfree's antennaes glowwing strong enough, a purple wave of psychic power was heading through the air, over to Beedrill who was still buzzing but rather oddly as Aerial Ace had been painful. The pain was then about to get worse, as the wave had reached Beedrill, and had made Beedrill glow strangely. The psychic power was stinging Beedrill badly, and was highly hurtful, there was no way out of it. The result of the shock was harsh, and Beedrill was terribly weaker after . Not only that, but the worst had happened, well, next to worst, Beedrill had ended up confused, which Sean had sighed and closed his eyes in disappointment. "Aw man!!" Sean complained as Diane was giving a tenacious look, feeling like she was already the winner. Sean was waking up to what was really going on, that his second-to-last Pokemon was nearly down when his opponent was standing fine, and if he lost the battle, there would be no shiny Eevee for him. Then, he looked over to Beedrill, who was buzzing oddly, flying completely out of proportion and had a body full of broozes. "No! You haven't won yet! Beedrill, please! Try and focus on Butterfree and use a good Fury Attack!!" he was angry and could not face losing. Beedrill was out of shape completely, but Butterfree still had a painful posion flowing in its wing, so it too had trouble flying. Beedrill flew slowly across the air, as it was buzzing in a low tone. Finally, when it was close enough, Beedrill raised its two hand stingers and jabbed Butterfree powerfully, one by one. Each jab was terribly painful, and had weakened Butterfree totally, and its wings were getting broozed and the poison definetely wasn't helping. More jabs came, and Butterfree was nearly out of it, so before Butterfree would go down, Diane got a call in so Beedrill would be gone with Butterfree. "Use Gust before you go down!" she cut in just at the right moment, as Butterfree got a flap with its wings, giving all its remaining force and endurance to concentrate. And in that second, a strong blow of wind came from Butterfree's wings and Beedrill got blown back right across the air and slammed onto a rock, knocking Beedrill out. However, there was no winner, as the jabs, poison and energy took its toll on Butterfree, falling to the ground, fainting. Both Sean and Diane then had to get their PokeBalls out, and withdraw them. This was it, they now only had one Pokwmon left, both of them were their strongest and beloved. The great finale of the battle was about to happen.

(Get ready slls, this battle will be highly bulked...).

As Rini bent to grab the pokeball with a smile, it suddenly disappeared. Her eyes widened in shock.

"Krabby?" she glanced around. "Pichu? You see Krabby anywhere?"

"Pi." she shook her head no.

    "Why'd Krabby dissapear?"

    Suddenly her pokedex flashed on.

"Generally pokemon trainers are allowed to carry up to six pokemon at a time. Any pokemon caught beyond those six are transported to the place where the trainer recieved their pokedex."

"Oh....So Krabby is with Professor Maple." Rini suddenly grinned. "I guess that's ok then. Onward and upward Pichu?" she nodded at her pokemon.

"Pichu pi." she jerked her paw in the air, and hopped back on her trainers shoulder.

"Let's go check on Sandshrew ok?"

The two ran to the pokemon center without stopping.

"Nurse Joy....." Rini panted as she entered. "Is Sandshrew....ok?"

"Shrew!" Sandshrew looked up from the front desk with a grin.

"You ready to take on that Surge again?"

    "Sand-shrew." he looked down.

"Don't worry." Rini winked. "This time I've got a plan."

Rini marched down the street toward the gym with a cheering Pichu on her shoulder and Sandshrew keeping pace at her side.

When they reached the doors of the gym Rini didn't hesitate, but shoved them open boldly.

"Lt. Surge we're here for a rematch!"

"Huh?" Surge glanced over from the desk where he'd been going over some paperwork. A small pair of glasses sit on his nose.

Rini stared for a few minutes, before she burst out laughing. "Nice look geek."

"Hey! Who you calling a geek loser!" Lt. Surge ripped the glasses from his face and slammed them down upon the desk. "Last I checked you lost to me."

Lt. Surge stepped from around his desk and his massive form towered over Rini. Insteed of backing off however the small girl merely stepped up, her arms crossed over her chest.

"I did lose." she smirked, and Surge looked surprised. "But that's not going to happen a second time."

"Confidence." he grinned. "I approve." he thumped her on the shoulder and Rini almost lost her balance.

"Pichu pichu!" Pichu dodged out of the way.

"A Pichu." Surge grinned, and patted her lightly. "Haven't seen one of these in a while."

Rini smiled. "Yup, and hopefully she'll be a strong Pikachu one day."

    "Pichu!" she grinned.

Lt. Surge waisted no time once they entered the gym and had taken their spots.

    "Go Raichu!"

    "Sandshrew, you're up!"

    "Rai!" the electric rodent growled.

Sandshrew ran past Rini's legs to stand before Raichu.

"The Sandshrew again." Lt. Surge shrugged. "I told you that won't make a difference."

"We'll see....." Rini smirked. "Sandshrew, sand attack!"

Sandshrew began throwing sand all over the place, some grazing Raichu, but most going everywhere.

"Bad aim." Lt. Surge grinned. "Raichu, quick attack!"

"Rai rai!" Raichu ducked low under the barrage of sand and sprinted for Sandshrew.

    "Dodge and use poison sting!"

Sandshrew rolled to the side and onto his back, narrowly missing being slammed into. His claws extended and he raked them upward just as Raichu flew over.

"Rai-chuu...." Raichu flipped and landed on his feet. He suddenly kneeled over clutching his gut where three viritical stripes were. Each ozing a greenish slime.

"Poisoned huh?" Lt. Surge nodded. "Nice touch. Guess we'll have to end this fast eh Raichu?"

"Rai." Raichu nodded, and turned an icy glare at Sandshrew.

    "Defense curl!"

    "Mega Punch!"

Both trainer and gym leader called out at the same time.

Sandshrew curled into a ball and glowed slightly just as Raichu's paw slammed into him.

The attack sent Sandshrew flying into the wall, where he bounced off and flew back towards Raichu.

    "Raichu, duck!" Lt. Surge warned.

Raichu ducked and Sandshrew flew overhead, flipping off the wall to land back onto his feet.

"Defense curl again!" Rini called, while Pichu brought out her pom poms once more.

"That won't cut it. Raichu quick attack, then Mega Punch when you get in close!"

"Rai!" Raichu's paw glowed slightly as he shot fast toward Sandshrew.

"Sand attack now!" Rini yelled, once Raichu was close.

Sandshrew threw mounds of the sand already in the floor into Raichu's face and more then that tossed exissive ammounts onto the floor.

"Raichu!" Raichu's paw slammed into Sandshrew, throwing him backwards.

"Shrewww!" Sandshrew flipped around and into the air.

    "Now dig!"

Sandshrew used his momentum to slam down and shoot under the floor.

"It didn't work before and it won't work now." Lt. Surge smilled. "This match is over. Raichu listen for Sandshrew and then use Mega Punch!"

"Rai?" Raichu looked confussed as he glanced around, his ears twitching.

"What's the problem Raichu?" Lt. Surge actually looked worried.

"Do you get it now?" Rini asked with an evil smile. Really she'd been spending too much time with Butterfree. "Why do you think I kept ordering a sand attack and missing?"

    "You mean...."

"It was all in preperation for this very moment. I knew Raichu had to have good hearing to pinpoint Sandshrew's location, even underground. Sand muffles sound."

Indeed the whold match area was coated in a two to three inch layer of sand. Much like a child's sandbox.

"You forget though I still know Sandshrew will come up in front to attack." Lt. Surge grinned. "Raichu, get ready!"

There was a movement in front of Raichu and without waiting for his trainer Raichu slammed his paw straight down.

    "Now, Sandshrew!"

    "Shreeew!"

Sandshrew lept up from the sand behind Raichu, and dove straight down claws out.

"Raichu, dodge!" Lt. Surge cried in disibelief.

"Rai chuuu!" Raichu pulled, but his paw refused to come lose from where it was stuck in the floorboards.

"Double scratch attack!" Rini grinned. "Checkmate...." she added as well.

"Sand-SHREWW!" Sandshrew rained scratch upon scratch upon the helpless Raichu, who was unable to move.

With one last cry Sandshrew lept past and poised at his trainers feet.

"Rai-chuu...." Raichu winced, and breathing heavily fell over with a thud.

"You're kidding me." Lt. Surge bellowed.

"Did it!" Rini twirled Sandshrew about. "You're totally awesome!"

    "Shrew!"

    "SMOOCH!"

"Or not..." Rini tossed Sandshrew to the ground and began wiping her mouth furously while Lt. Surge laughed.

  • OOC: I have returned! I hope this post is a bit better than my last one :P

Warren gritted his teeth as both Rattata and Tangela were returned to their Pokeballs. The next battle would be the last battle and Warren had no intention of losing it. Intentions might not be enough to win, though.
"Gloom, it's time for a battle!" Erika called delicately, the grass-type leaping from its ball in a shower of light. Warren grimaced as the stench from its flower wafted across the whole room. He'd heard that they smelled bad, but this was like a mix of rotting cabbage, old eggs, sour milk, blocked sewers and BO all rolled into one. Strangely, Erika didn't seem too bothered.
"They say that one in every thousand people enjoys its fragrance," she called to Warren, who was gasping for breath, "And I, as you may be able to tell, am one in a thousand." Warren pulled his shirt over his nose and shook his head. No matter what they said, anyone who liked this smell was a nut job, plain and simple.
"Let's take this stinker down, Beedrill!" he choked out, the huge Insect forming on the battlefield. It looked round, facing Warren, then shrugged.
"Well it's alright for you, isn't it!" Warren gasped, "You don't even have a NOSE!" Beedrill laughed a little, a sound that sounded like a chainsaw buzzing, then faced Gloom, cracked its neck ominously and raised its stingers.
"Fury Attack!" Warren ordered and the giant bee charged, jabbing wildly with the two spears on the ends of its arms. Gloom smiled and pirouetted to the side, the stingers barely missing its vulnerable flower. Beedrill dug its left stinger into the floor and, using it as a brake, swung around in a wide turn and headed straight for Gloom once more.
"String Shot it!" Warren cried and Beedrill reared up, jabbing its rear stinger wildly in Gloom's direction while miles of thick, sticky silk fired from its abdomen, encasing the struggling plant.
"Escape with Acid!" Erika shouted and Gloom shuddered, then expelled a large amount of purple liquid from the centre of its flower, covering the silk that enveloped it. As Warren watched in horror, steam began to rise from the String Shot and it slowly melted away until Gloom was able to shake itself free. Beedrill buzzed in shock as the flower stepped forwards, grinning horribly.
"Acid, again!" Erika called, a note of excitement in her voice and once again, Gloom fired a thin jet of thick, purple goo, but this time, straight at Beedrill.
"Dodge it!" Warren cried out in horror and the overgrown wasp spun to the side, quickly. But not quickly enough. A few small drops splashed onto its right wing and it fell to the ground, writhing as the violent liquid burnt through the thin membranes.
"Now, Stun Spore!" Erika shouted and Warren gasped. If that landed, he was screwed.
"Flap your wings as hard as you can!" he ordered desperately as yellow pollen began to drift out of Gloom's flower, "Try and blow it back!" Beedrill went crazy with its wings, ignoring the pain of the acid to power its wings, driving them backwards and forwards like a motor. For a second, the powder seemed to hang stationary in the air, then slowly began to drift back towards Gloom. It gasped, and in doing so, inhaled a huge amount of Stun Spore. Warren cheered as it slowly staggered, then fell over and sat down hard.
"Great, Beedrill! Finish it with one more Fury Attack!" Chuckling, Beedrill zoomed forwards, then slashed at Gloom. It screeched, rolling backwards, then took another needle to the gut that sent it flying into a wall. it fell to the ground, unconscious.
"Alright! Great battle, Beedrill!" Warren cheered, almost skipping over to Erika in glee. She smiled.
"You fought well, Warren. The Rainbow Badge is yours. I hope you will stay in Celadon a little longer, though." Warren frowned as he accepted the badge.
"Well, I need to get moving again soon. But I heard that the department store here sells Leaf Stones? I need one, so I have to at least check that out before I go." Erika shook her head.
"The game corner bought them all, for its new Pokémon challenge. You'll have to win one from them, if you need it that badly." Warren growled. It seemed that Celadon had one more challenge for him...

  • Both Sean and Diane had only one Pokemon left, and a very big prize to grab if they had won, so the pressure was on both of them as there was not much they could do except give it their all with both of their strongest Pokemon. "This battle has been so long Sean, I can't wait to finish it off, and send you home without that cute, little, rare Eevee!" Diane was trying to put more and more pressure on him and force him to give up, but that obviously wasn't going to happen. "I wouldn't bet on that, Diane. I've taken on so many Trainers and have won most of them off. And my rival should be no problem at all." Sean was being smart and not bickering with her as he was too grown up for that. In return, they both just growled at each other quietly. Diane knew what Sean was going to use, as did Sean. Before they would send out their Pokemon, they both took some time to savour the moment, that one of them had to win. Sean wasn't going to take no for an answer, and was not going to give anything up and pull through whatever Diane would use. However, Diane thought differently, that she wouldn't let her Pokemon mess up and if they would make a mistake then it's all over. She wasn't so certain about it, but her confidence was high and her Pokemon was indeed a tough cookie. There was nothing else to wait for, and Sean was going to show off his Pokemon first. "Watch out Diane. This Pokemon is my strongest and I really wouldn't judge it. Show her your stuff, Growlithe!" he took out his PokeBall, and threw it to the ground, breaking Growlithe out, who sat there, very alert and quiet. Diane also had to send out her Pokemon since Sean had sent his out. "Say goodbye to Eevee, Sean! Pikachu! Don't let me down!" she got a PokeBall from her skirt and kissed it before tossing it to the ground, breaking Pikachu out. Pikachu was very energetic, and stood there, with its yellow fist out as if it were looking threatening, but Growlithe was sitting on the ground, waiting for a sudden action or command to come. Now the time had arrived, to start the battle finale between Sean and Diane.

Since it was probably the most important battle so far, Sean wanted to take the first go as a tactic to take Diane's chance away from using one of Pikachu's moves, because they were very hard to deal with. He was deciding between two of his moves that were in his mind, the ones that were Growlithe's main moves. There was also one strong move that Sean was going to save until last, that was too powerful and not ready to be used at the start of the battle, as it would get Diane started and he never knew what kind of move Pikachu had that could infact overpower Growlithe. He denied this though, and went for any move he would like but he would stick to the plan and start off with a more simple move. "Okay. Use Ember, Growlithe!" even though it was a weak Fire type move, Ember was the reason for most of his victories and it had a chance of burning the opponent, which would always help for a final battle. Pikachu was just holding its fist out while standing on its two small feet, waiting for an attack to come by. Diane couldn't help Pikachu notcie that there was an attack going to come, only thing she could do is shout. Growlithe opened its jaw, as the small wisp of fire was growing fast inside its mouth, waiting for the time it was big enough to be launched. Once it looked big enough, Growlithe hurned the ball of fire, as it left off sparks as it was travelling through the air. The ball then hit Pikachu on its cheek, as Pikachu was not fully concentrated and was still preparing. "Hey! It wasn't ready!" Diane let in, without Sean caring. The Ember didn't hurt much though, Pikachu was still in great power to make a great attack. Pikachu got back up, and Growlithe walked on back to Sean. Now it was time for Diane to choose an attack to use, and it took her not so long at all. Since he had used Ember, she had got the same idea as him and used Pikachu's signature attack. "Attack Growlithe with Thundershock!" just like Ember, it wasn't the strongest Electric move out there, but it had a chance of paralysis which would mix things up totally. Growlithe was also ready for the attack, more ready than Pikachu was. It kept moving its head around to see if the attack was coming yet, and then focused its eyes on Pikachu again. Pikachu generated an electrical power within its red cheeks as sparks flew, then Pikachu let go of a thin streak of lightning. The thin bolt of lightning was fast and it didn't take so long before Growlithe was struck, but like Ember, it wasn't so powerful. These two so far had seemed to be evenly matched, but there was a whole lot more to come.

After both attacks, there was not so much damage dealt and both trainers were hoping for a little more action in the final battle, but they didn't want to overdo it. Both Pokemon were back into their positions, and there was not much tactic to choose from noticing that the battle was barely started yet, and there had to be more startegy to it, and that's what Diane had noticed. There were a range of moves that could make Pikachu buffed up, or could make Growlithe weak without attacking, so she was going to take advantage of one of them, but it took her a few seconds to decide which one. Diane's face changed which was showing a decision, which Sean was not going to like and he automaticlly got suspicious. "Hmm, I wonder what she's up to..." he was thinking to himself, trying to make out what Diane was thinking as it could be quite a bad plan. Diane made her mind up, and used one of Pikachu's more weakening moves. "Let's use Tail Whip!" it was not so impressive to Sean, and he just smiled at the response as he was expecting more. However, Tail Whip did do something, and that was weaken the opponent by slapping it with the tail. Not much, because Sean had a similar move. Pikachu then started to fun on over to Growlithe, who was on all four legs, waiting for the attack to come and use its stealth to counter it. When Pikachu was within inches of Growlithe, Pikachu leaped and spinned, with its tail slapping Growlithe right across the face. Although there was not much effect on it, Growlithe did seem to shake its head a little aswell as shiver, but it did not take long until it did not shiver as much, only on occations. Growlithe sat on four of its legs and waited for the command from Sean. Since Diane got her Pikachu to use Tail Whip, Sean anted to use a similar move that would have the same effect, so he immediately commanded, "Use Leer, Growlithe!" indeed it was just like Tail Whip, lowering the defense of the opponent. The only real difference was that Leer was a very evil and intimidating look, which would make Pikachu less defensive and nervous. Back to the battle, Growlithe was starting to get Pikachu in the eyes, and its eyes started to change colour. Pikachu was getting more adjetated by Growlithe's eyes, as they were turning from white to gold within seconds, narrowing thinner until Pikachu looked as if it was shivering. Since the move was finished, Growlithe stopped leering at Pikachu, looking weaker. Now both of the Pokemon, yet again, were in the same condition.

The batlle was going the same way as it was, not much difference going on so far but that was just about to change as both Diane and Sean were going to think outside the box rather than use the same strategy. Yet again, taking the first shot was Diane as she had a move in mind that was a lot stronger than Thundershock, but was not an Electrical move, but it was still a pretty tough one. "Enough of this! Pikachu, use Slam!" indeed it was a strong move that would indeed spice up the battle. It wasn't seen before by Sean, but it was pretty much similar to Tackle only a whole lot stronger and could possibly put Sean in the red. Pikachu got up and started to run on its small four legs, trying to scurry up to Growlithe, who was sitting with its tail flat across the ground not doing much. Once Pikachu would attack Growlithe, there was a lucky chance that Growlithe would be angry and listen more and be more alert to attacks. As Pikachu then made contact with Growlithe, by jumpin up and hitting Growlithe with its body, which hurt quite a lot, as Growlithe was not expecting anything. At this stage, Growlithe was weaker than Pikachu which was bad, so Sean had to do something about it before Diane would attack again and weaken Growlithe further. Despite beeing attacked by Slam which hurt a whole lot, Growlithe was on all four of its legs, ready to take a command, but since Diane was crafty and takes chances, she took a chance to use yet another move. "Goodgood. Now, let's give it a Thundershock!" it annoyed Sean that she attacked twice in a row without giving sean the chance to get Growlithe back in shape. However, he had an idea of using one of Growlithe's moves that would make great use at a time like now. "Nice try, Diane! But not nice enough! Growlithe, use Bite quick!" yet another one of Growlithe's strong moves that would have a chance of stopping Pikachu from using Thundershock which would help at a time like now. Pikachu was charging up sparks within its cheeks, which was a sign that the Thundershock was being prepared, but Growlithe also started to prepare its speed for its Bite attack. Its feet were brushing the ground as it was charging up before dashing, as the faster it was, the faster the chance of a strong attack. Finally, once Growlithe was ready to go and was fast enough, Growlithe leaped across the road, forward to Pikachu. As for Pikachu, lots of sparks were being shot from its cheek, nearly ready to launch a streak of lightning. Pikachu then started to glow with electric power, meaning that it was only a couple more seconds until Thundershock would launch, but Growlithe was so close up now, and before Pikachu was going to launch the Thundershock, Growlithe bit Pikachu really hard on one of its cheeks which were a weak spot since they were the main source of electricity. Because of the Bite, Pikachu had stopped charging the electricity and had took the attack harshly, making Sam sure that the cheeks were a weak spot, giving him an extra tip. Diane was not pleased at all now, infact, she was getting worried.

Even though the battle was strongly heated up now and the finale was really on, the battle was still rather tied and both Pokemon were feeling like they were about to do something strong and possibly make a massive impact, but now that Diane was happy that her Pikachu's Slam did a whole lot of damage, she would get back to using a good strategy that would hopefully work well. She thought she'd announce it now before Sean would take the lead from the tie. "Not bad at all. Now, use your Double Team, Pikachu!" a very annoying move that would give Pikachu the evasive buff that would make it less likely to be hit, which would make Sean basiclly ruined. Fortunately for him though, what Diane didn't know is that Growlithe learnt a move that would prevent Double Team from being used, and he was going to use that so it would get her angry and fail her. "Not on my watch! Use your Odour Sleuth, Growlithe!" it had a total chance of hitting, so there was no way Diane was going to get out of it. Pikachu had its eyes closed, as it was trying to make more fake illusion copies of itself. Growlithe also listened, and started to sniff the ground, getting the scent of Pikachu, making its Double Team worthless since Growlithe already knew which Pikachu the real Pikachu was. As a result, Pikachu had stopped and Diane had to try something else. Diane was getting annoyed though, and couldn't help but add a pointless comment. "Give it up. There aint no chance you'll win, Sean. My Pikachu is well loved by me and that red furball aint nothing good." she was misjudging Growlithe, who growled at her for the comment, with Sean replying, "You have no idea at all, have you? My Growlithe has the lot, and that Pikachu is nothing copared to it." his comment was smarter sounding and made Diane sound like an idiot, because she was. Diane just stuck her tongue out in reply and got back to concentrating on the battle. Sean also getting back to the battle.

With both Growlithe and Pikachu back at where they were, there needed to be a next command and this one could have a great impact as the battle was full of fire and could have an exciting ending. To take the first shot, Diane was going to call out a move that Pikachu had already used, and had now thought that now would be the time to use it as Pikachu would be strong enough to make it more powerful than before. "I'll prove you wrong! Use Thundershock, Pikachu!" since the last Thundershock wasn't so good, Sean was sure that it would not be as good now as Pikachu was a whole lot weaker than before, but he was completely wrong. The first strike of Thundershock was not indeed all good, but it did do some damage, not to menchan that this time Pikachu could land a chritical shot, in Growlithe's weak spot. Pikachu responded, and started to charge up sparks violently from its cheeks, and for some reason had more sparks flying from the last two times, so it surely was going to do more, and could possibly even make Sean's chances of winning thin. Growlithe was on four of its legs, its tail wagging from side to side as if it were playing, but this was not such a game now, this was a harsh, solid battle. The sparks stopped flying out of Pikachu's cheeks and Pikachu let out a streak of lightning that had travelled a whole lot faster than the other Thundershock right at the beginning, and it was a lot brighter too, so this one was going to be tough. Sean didn't want that to hit, as it could have dire effect, so he tried his best to get Growlithe to move. "Growlithe! Dodge that Thundershock quick!" his command was not fast enough, as the Thundershock was far too fast and Growlithe did not get the chance to move out of the way. The bright streak of lightning had hurt intensively, as it reached Growlithe's tail and had a massive shock, causing huge weakness. The shock of lightning was a hard shot, and Sean had to do his best to win, he could not lose, not to Diane, not to the wild, shiny and rare Eevee. He could not see that happening, so he got it together, and tried hard. "Use Bite!" he did not have to say much, to get Growlithe to go and use a good move, so he had to hope for the best. Growlithe got on its legs, and started to charge on over to Pikachu who was stood there, not looking as hopeless as it was before. Since Sean ahd tried to dodge the last time, and failed, Diane was really going to get on his nerves with what she was about to do. "Okay. Pikachu, move outta the way!" Diane smiled while explaining. As Growlithe was not far off, Pikachu scurried on over to another side when Growlithe couldn't stop, leaving Growlithe to keep on running right the way through, into a shrub. Sean was really mad now, as he could not take any more from her, and had to think of something, and think really fast because it would not be long now until Growlithe would be knocked out, leaving a terrible ending for him.

With Sean not in such a good mood anymore, he tried his best to think of the move. He thought now was not the time yet to use the real big move that he was saving for last, because he sensed that there was something else to come first, so he needed to decide of a move that as not tactical, and not weak. There were only two choices, one move he had just used, or one move that was used on earlier and wasn't as good. "Has my luck ran out?" Sean thought to himself, sweating and feel really annoyed with himself and hoped that he had not failed. Just then, he got the picture in his head, what he is up for and what he could achieve. Just then, his eyes were opened wide, and he gave the command, he used the second best move that was not the big one, becuase he knew something els ewas first, he just hoped this would be pulled off well. "Growlithe! Use Ember and make it a real nice one!" he had to describe how well he wanted Growlithe to do this, and he couldn't describe it enough so he just waited and watched. Ember could have the same effect as Thundershock, where it did a whole lot better than before, or maybe even better. Growlithe opened its mouth wide, and charged up a bigger Ember than normal, with it blazing small ashes, that just like Thundershock, were a sign that it was going to be a good one. Once the Ember was big enough, Growlithe flung the Ember right across the air with force, looking like it was going for the good spot of Pikachu. Diance was even amazed at the speed, it was faster than Thundershock and that did massive damage. Diane didn't even try to command Pikachu to move, so there was nothing they could do about that. Fianlly, the Ember had hit Pikachu across the face, not just across the face though, the cheek, with harsh power too. The pain of the fire had not only had a massive slam across Pikachu's cheek, but had also caused what put Sean back in the lead, a burn, which would make Pikachu weaker by turn. Now both of them were so weak and the competition was close in this finale. It was nearing the end, and someone had to win. Diane could not take any more and stopped being the nice girl (even though she never was). "If that's the way you're going to play, then I'd close your eyes right about now, Sean. Pikachu. Use your Thunder Wave!" Sean's worst ever move, and she had always known that, and took it to her advantage. With it, the victory would be in her hands, well that's what she thought anyway. Quick responding, Pikachu started to charge up sparks dangerously from its cheeks and had shot a jolt of electricity into the sky, which had then landed onto Growlithe, causing perfect accuracy. Sean gasped in horror, as Growlithe had trouble on its feet, and could not last much longer, it was so close to being knocked out now.

This was it, the finale was nearly coming to an end, and both Pokemon were weak. Pikachu was on the ground, still up but barely and had several broozes with a burn on the cheek which if touched, would cause harmful damage, so Diane made sure it was avoided at all costs. As for Growlithe, things were much worse. It was on its feet, but very wobbly and had much trouble moving due to paralysis, and was far too exhausted. In this battle, things have come very close but there could only be one winner. There was no such thing as a draw here. Saying that, pressure was on both of them, but Diane saw it as going her way. Not only Sean had a powerful move that Growlithe had never used, so did Pikachu, and if used, then Sean would lose Eevee and lose to someone younger and less grown up than him. He just got that picture of Eevee in his head, that it was not suited for Diane, it was suited for him. Sean was sweating badly, and was stressed, highly stressed, same with Diane, but she had to do something about it, so she was going to take the chance and brag, while making her final move. "What's the matter? Too weak to attack? Oh well, always knew you wouldn't win. Now to end this. Pikachu! Use-" she got interrupted by angry emotion from Sean. "No!! I won't let you win! You don't deserve that Eevee! Growlithe, finish it off with Flame Wheel!!!" he screamed it, so Diane could hear that he was angry and the Eevee was his. Flame Wheel was a very strong move, a strong step from Ember and was stronger than Bite, so if Growlithe could move and get it in there, he will win. Growlithe had trouble getting back on its legs, but its eyes suddenly narrowed and had gotten angry as it focused hard. Growlithe's body was turning red, as flame orbs were getting generated all around it. All of the orbs were glowing red and looked as if they would really hurt when attacking. As all the flame orbs were charged, Growlithe charged on over to Pikachu who was on the floor as the burn was stinging painfully and could not do much. Diane's mouth widened as her Pikachu was on the floor, and she tried to do something. "Pikachu! Get up now!!" she was screaming like a little girl, but Pikachu didn't listen much, but it tried to get on all four legs, failing as it fell back down. Growlithe was then real close and made a rough body tackle with all flame orbs slamming Pikachu right all around, knocking Pikachu out. The finale was finished, and Sean had won.

"We did it Growlithe! Yay!" Sean was so happy, he was crying tears of joy for Growlithe, who didn't really show much affection, except from smiling a little. However, there was something left for Diane to do before she'd run off, she needed to return Pikachu. She reached into her pocket, and picked out the PokeBall from her pocket, retreating Pikachu, all while her head was bowed down in depression. Sean now wanted the chance to rub it in as she did with him before. "I told you everything. I knew you wouldn't win, and here we are. Goodbye." he smiled and waved as she did not like it, infact, she cried in desparation, running off to Celadon without a word.

(and there we have it, a finale. :) now let's see how sean will get eevee later...).

  • Yeah it's another joint post. Our battle is coming to an end. And slls you know what that means. Anyways.... Goodies.

"Ngh...this is easy. Your pokemon is weak. I'll destroy you! Use it again! Pursuit!" Sam said. Umbre charged with a move similar to the last one. Except this time, there was more darkness energy. It hit hard. Nidoking fell over.

"Nidoking smash your tail into the floor!" Nidoking jumped to his feet and smashed his huge tail against the floor; making a mini earthquake. The earthquake shook the ground near Umbreon and Umbreon feel to the floor. "Okay Nidoking now use Double Kick!" Before Umbreon could get up Nidoking smashed two kicks into Umbreon's side; the dark dog like Pokemon was left sliding along the floor.

"Heh...I'll admit this, your Nidoking is good. Thing is...you're not quite ready for a pokemon like Umbreon. Ready, girl? Use Pursuit one more time. This time, aim for its face, but not its horn!" Sam commanded. Umbreon charged and hit the Nidoking in the face, knocking it over and causing a lot of damage. Umbreon just landed and was sitting there getting ready for the next hit. "Okay Umbre now use Pursuit to the face; again!" Umbreon charged and jumped; ready to smash into Nidoking's face.

"Right Nidoking duck down and smash your horn into Umbreon!" As Umbreon jumped out Nidoking lent down and smashed his horn into Umbreon's side. Umbreon looked fine as she landed on all four feet. But then unexpectedly she started to wince about with a faint purple colour in her eyes. She was poisoned. "Yes great work Nidoking now use Double Kick!" Already stuggling because of poison Umbreon's health was smashed down as Nidoking swiftly kicked her twice. Smashing her into the floor.

"Now Umbre! Use it once...and fast! Sand Attack!" Sam said. Umbre shot sand all over Nidoking, who was now blinded by the attack. "Now Pursuit!" Sam said. Umbre charged and tackled its opponent, knocking it over. Nidoking was on the ground again. "Now! Jump and tackle its stomach!" Sam said. Umbre jumped and hit its opponent. Nido was taking quick damage. Umbre's defense was going down. "Hm..Umbre! Focus on where the poison is...then strike the horn right there to cut it out!" Sam commanded. Umbre charged and cut the area near the left rib on the horn. The liquid came out on top of Nidoking, who was not moving.

"Meh, it may be over for Nidoking but I still have one more trick up my sleeve!" James then returned is Nidoking. He gently swapped one Pokeball for another. He then chucked the new ball up in the air. Out emerged.....

  • Since Sean had beaten Diane, who ran off to Celadon crying, all Sean had to do was find and catch Eevee, which was going to be a tough one because by now it would ahve had the chance to run away. "Now then, let's find Eevee." he was forgetting one thing though, he turned his head down to Growlithe who could barely stand from all the damage from the past attacks in the battle. "Oh no! We must do something about you and fast, so we can get fining that Eevee before it runs off for somebody else. We're going to have to improvise and get you better." Sean was thinking for a moment, when an idea came to his head. "Let's go find a berry tree. If we find the correct berries, then they should fix you right up." however, there could be any kind of berries and there was no way Sean could tell between each one, but he did try atleast.

Sean told Growlithe to stay there in which it was the only thing Growlithe could do in its state, so Sean wandered about, trying to find a berry bush. There were several bushes on this route, most of which only had green leaves on them, no berries around, so he had to keep searching and searching well so he could find some, or else battling Eevee would be seriously difficult. There was also a hedge in the way, in which separated a garden in Celadon City from the Route. It took quite a bit of time for Sean to know where exactly the berry bushes were, as they were quite uncomman as people who pass them tend to pick the berries off for themselves. There was also another part of the Route, which was surrounded by rocks, that Sean moved them aside so he could search for berries over there.

Once he stepped right over one of the boulders, there were so many bushes and it were as if it were a garden. And luckily, he found just a couple of berry trees, he was in luck! Sean smiled with relief, as he thought there would be no berries at all. Just the problem that it could be a garden of somebody, but Sean had no cares and just walked through, up to the trees, picking these two kinds of berries off, several of each. The first type was a green lumpy berry, which was hard and smelled like herbs. These were known as Lum Berries. Another was sweeter smelling, small, beige with red spots and yet again lumpy and hard. These were known as Sitrus Berries. There were about 4 of each, which would hopefully be enough. In case he wouldn't be caught, he ran away and jumped over the rock, over towards the spot where Growlithe is again, who was lying on the floor, not looking so active. "Okay, Growlithe. I got some berries, there's just enough time for a picnic. I'm sure that Eevee will not come yet, it shall come when it comes. Now, let's set this picnic up to get you and me back in shape."

  • (oops... double post... sorry :()

In Sean's backpack, he had everything he would need to set up a picnic outdoors, on the ground. So he got out a red towel, which had nothing on it. He also got out all the food he had needed for both Growlithe and himself, after the battle they both had to put up a lot of stress with. For Growlithe, were the several berries Sean had only just gathered, aswell as a bowl of water from one of his bottles. For Sean, a baguette with cheese and ham, which looked pretty big, and a bottle of cola. Once the towel was laid out all over the ground, Sean set up all of the food out. On the side nearest Growlithe were bowls of food, and water, and on Sean's side were a paper cup, paper plate and the baguette, as well as a serviette to clean his face up afterwards. And once it was all set up, both Sean and Growlithe started to have their lunch.

Sean had to kneel on the ground as there was no stool or nothing, which kind of hurt his knees because the ground was pretty sturdy and solid, with rough edges. Growlithe however as just lying on the floor, tucking into all the berries inside the bowl, while drinking the water after taking several mouthfuls to them, since they were pretty dry. The baguette Sean had on his plate left off a lot of crumbs, as the bread was pretty tough and big, but at least the baguette made him more satisifed. After Growlithe had eaten all of the berries, it had felt perfectly refreshed, as if it never was hurt. Perfectly refreshed and energised, Growlithe barked in ahppiness. However, Sean wasn't finished with his baguette and his drink, as it was quite tough and he was listening to the news reporter in Safforn, they were still discussing where on earth the shiny Eevee could have gone, because they had searched a whole lot of places around the area. "After searching all the Routes, there is only two places left to go. To the north, where we go south of Cerulean and find Eevee there. If that fails, there is only the Route inbetween Celadon and Saffron to look. Join me later as we go in." the news reporter was explaining, with Sean being happy that they weren't going over here as it was his area to find the shiny Eevee. All of a sudden, a shocking noise came just after Sean took another bite out of his baguette. It sounded something like a squeak, that a small animal would make as it was running. "Huh...?"
