Yo, Magicalman! Welcome to Pokécommunity - the forum that is home to quite a lot of pokéfans all over the world along with being one of the friendliest place you could ever find online. I'm sure you'll love it here. Check this (http://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=161) section out, since your interests lie in trading. I've never been there myself so I don't really know if I could be of much help, but I'm sure you'll find plenty of members there who'll love to get along and trade. My sister TwilightBlade, a supermod here, has quite a bit of experience in trading and is pretty darn friendly - just saying, if you need any help, you know where to go! :D

Hi Magicalman, and welcome!

If you came here to trade, why not check out the Trade Corner (http://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=161)? You can offer up and receive any Pokemon you want that you need for your Pokedex, and our Super Mod TwilightBlade is a very experienced trader herself (she's an ex-mod of that section) so yeah, she's bound to teach you the basics. She's also friendly so don't be afraid to ask her, or the other Trade Corner mods twistedpuppy or Mac.

There's also other places to post in as well, such as discussions for the Pokemon games, anime, manga, you can also join some clubs or even chat in the off-topic areas, maybe even showcase some creativity. PC has everything for every member's interest.

Just in case you're lookin' for a quick trade though, I'll go on ahead and link you to the Quick Trade Thread (http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=278248). Anyway, welcome aboard, Magicalman! :D

If I were you I would take every piece of advice that the lovely people above me have posted. It's gonna help you out through your PC days, I promise. That is, if you plan on branching out apart from trading! Because if you do, it's only when you'll realize that PC is more than that and is a place as magical as you username, maybe even more. ;D Both Dero and Hikari mentioned the staff you can contact for Trade Corner woes, but keep in mind that you can do that for every section with its own local mod/s!

But yeah, if you really just wanna trade, then I can't stop you there. I just hope that you will consider the world outside that little corner. :) Happy holidays, Magicalman, and I'll be seeing you around! Hopefully outside the Trade Corner, too!
