Can anyone tell me if name changes are still impossible?

(Although, I may choose to remain being Stoney the Togekiss even if I could change...)

Heya Stoney! Welcome back! Hooray for returning members. :D No, name changes still can't be done, but the higher staff are working on making them possible again. There isn't an exact date of when they'll be back but it will happen in the future, so.. stick around until then, yeah? I like my username but sometimes there are temptations that make me want to switch to something else haha. Yours is pretty cool; I'm a fan of longer names in many cases and yours is one of them.

But it certainly is awesome that you're here again and quite a bit has changed since January of last year. The forum's been optimized to be a lot faster and the index was changed around a bit. Refamiliarize yourself with things here, including the rules, and get postin'! Let the staff know if you need anything. Have fun! <3

& yeah, name changes are still impossible sadly. You still have the option of making a new account which is possible, or you can stick with your name for a little longer. I haven't see you in like, two years since I left that Togekiss sprite on your profile. During all that time you've been away I've become a supporter, got a PC blog and now I'm also a regular of PC's Pokemon Showdown server. I've like, done so many new things during those last two years. But sadly name changes are still disabled, but hopefully they might find some way to get around the server stress.

Anyways, I noticed you've been in the Pokemon X & Y board so maybe you came back because of the new games? Well, I do hope you can get reacquainted with everyone since some of your friends may have disappeared from the community and I do hope to get around to seeing you again!
