First off, I bid you all greetings from the abyss! I have really missed PC and all my online friends the past coup… Has it really been almost two months?
Secondly, I should explain what happened:
As those of you who have me added on MSN know, I got grounded for the first time since I was in elementary school. I'm a good boy, I promise. >.< Now that grounding only lasted about a week, but when I went to launch the internet for the first time-nada. At first I thought I simply wasn't connected properly, but over the next week or so of arguing with my ISP, I would find out that my modem was slowly dying. As it stands, my family is currently strapped for cash. Sadly, this meant that I would have no reliable internet until I came up with the money myself to fix it. Which is fair considering I'm the only one who uses the computer, but the incredibly shaky connection drove me nuts. :x
Needless to say, I got a new modem and everything seems to be working great. In happier news, I've been completely accepted into the college of my choice and I qualify for quite a few grants to help me pay for it. I'm currently working on scholarships as well as sorting out other financial issues so I might not have as much time for PC as I once did.
However, I am incredibly happy to be back! I just hope you all haven't forgotten about your old pal Hallucination.
