Kitties!

So we got two new kittens today! Eight weeks old (born September 26th) and absolutely adorable. They fluctuate wildly between manically energetic and flat-out snoozing with alarming rapidity, but that's kittens for you. They're both dark, although one is black and one is more of a dark chocolate. The chocolate one is a lot fluffier, and we called him Oliver (which Mum insists is short for Sir Oliver Padfoot). I keep calling him Oscar for some reason. The black one is called Captain Jack (or Jack for short). Whether it's Sparrow or Harkness is a topic of heated discussion.

I'll put some photos up tomorrow or whenever I can get my hands on some, but for now it's just nice to have cats in the house again. It's been a few months since Polly died, and it's just not the same without 'em.

I think its awesome you named your cat after Captain Jack Sparrow, win. Im jealous, there these two kittens I want from the shelter I volenteer at but I cant get a cat now ;_;
