    Usual stuff in bold:
I could use Cradily for my Special Wall if that'd be okay. ^_^ I would try and catch a Feebas, but I am TERRIBLE at fishing as well. Especially in Emerald. I've only fished up something once or twice. I tried to fish for a Staryu yesterday, and I got 48 'It got away...'s in a row before I decided to quit. I'm just not fast enough, perhaps. I will try though =)

Sorry, cannot help you with the fishing aspect. Just press A as soon as you see it say there is a Poke on the hook. As long as you are close, it will give you another chance. Practice makes perfect.

Man, it would be great to have Blissey for my Utility Poke, I guess. T__T But, a) I can't get it in Emerald, b) I don't have two gameboys to trade it from Leaf Green, c) I've NEVER. EVER. Caught a Chansey before. I'm that terrible. =(

At least you don't have to fish for it.

    What does Baton Pass do?

Baton Pass is like switching out, but it keeps all modified stats in place. For instance, if a Ninjask stays in for a turn or two and then it BP's to another Poke, the new Poke gets the Speed increases that Ninjask got from its Speed Boost Trait. Ninjask BP'ing to Metagross is scary.

Why is Wish good for your team, if it only heals yourself?

It doesn't. Wish heals the Pokemon on the field the end of the next turn. There is nothing (other than Mean Look) that prevents you from switching to another Pokemon. For example, Umbreon has a Sub up, and then uses Wish. The next turn it uses Baton Pass to another Poke. The incoming Poke keeps Umbreon's Sub (unless it gets broken during the turn), and then at the end of the turn Wish activates. Wish is a very under-rated move.

How often would I find a Chimecho in Mt Pyre Summit, since it is one of the only Pokemon that can learn Heal Bell?

Chimecho only appears 2% of the time. Good luck.

Which Pokemon are good Physical Sweepers?

Any Pokes that have a combination of high base Atk and either typing or base Spd. Examples: Metagross, Salamence, Machamp, Tyranitar, Dragonite, Dodrio, Gyarados (NOT in-game), Aerodactyl, Tauros, Zangoose.

Should I breed Skarmory to get Whirlwind and Drill Peck so it will function as both a Physical Wall and one of my Utility Pokes?

You cannot breed Whirlwind and Drill Peck on Skarmory. It is one or the other. I would go with Drill Peck/Roar instead.

Should I evolve an Oddish to get Sleep Powder and Aromatherapy? Then it can function as my Utility Poke?
Are there any lists of Pokemon that actually fit in to these spots?

Yes, evolve Oddish asap. Vileplume is a good utility Poke.

Aromatherapy....CRAP. Roselia, Paras, Vileplume. Can't get Roselia, can't evolve Gloom, can't catch Paras. -is hating Emerald and his friends for not liking Pokemon-

Why can't you evolve Gloom? You can get Leaf Stone/Green Shards in Emerald.

Thanks so much ^_^ I will refine my team once more.
    Hope it helps.

1- When you go inside a Contest Hall, go to one of the Berry Blenders and press {A}, follow the insturctions and put a random berry in, then blend the berry to make a pokeblock.

    2. I don't think berries make your pokemon happier.

    Smeargle Question:

I was watching a Pokemon video on youtube and a guy had a perfect Smeargle for catching Pokemon. It had False Swipe, Spore, Mean Look, and I forget what else. But I was wondering, how does Sketch work? (If you would care to explain it in as much detail as possible that would be greatly appreciated.)

    2. I don't think berries make your pokemon happier.

In R/S/FR/LG, no. In Emerald, though, they added new berries that decrease your EVs but make your Pokemon happier (you can flip back a page or two for the names).

Blazed: It...just copies a (last I checked random) move from your opponent and gives it to Smeargle PERMANENTLY. It overwrites itself, too, so you can learn Sketch multiple times to get the Smeargle you want.

Wheee!~ Thanks loads Prof. Shane! I can do everything now, now I'm happy! Yay!
I was thinking at first that Gloom evolved with trading, like Kadabra, but then when you said that you evolve her with a leaf stone I was like 'ZOMG. YAY! ;D'

    Thanks again!

Holy crap! A lot of misinformation going on. Hope I can catch it all.
As for my Q, is there any Pokémon besides Cradily that can learn both Ingrain and Leech Seed?
Here is a list of Pokes that can learn both Ingrain and Leech Seed:

    Bayleef
    Cacnea
    Cacturne
    Chikorita
    Exeggcute
    Exeggutor
    Meganium
    Roselia
    Smeargle
    Sunflora
    Sunkern
    Tangela

DO NOT USE Ingrain in a link/NB battle. While the crappy AI isn't smart enough to take advantage of this, a real person will be. Once a Poke has used Ingrain, it has signed its death warrant. Now, I can switch in a Poke that the poor Ingrain'd sap is weak against and pummel them to certain death.

    I have a 2 questions,

    1) Where and how do I make poke' blocks ?

As it was said, you make PokeBlocks in the Contest Hall of Lilycove. To the right there are a few square tables. Throwing in a certain berry combination will make a certain PokeBlock color that affect Pokes in different ways. Mostly it is used for lame contest events, but you can also use them in the Safari Zone to attract certain Pokes with specific natures, and it is also how you evolve Feebas into Milotic. You make the PokeBlocks by throwing berries into a blender and then pressing A when the arrow is pointed in your direction. The timing of your action will detemine how fast the wheel spins. The faster the wheel spins, the higher level and feel your PokeBlock will have. If you have Emerald, I HIGHLY suggest you ONLY blend berries with the Master Blender. Every time you defeat the Weak5, you have a chance that when you see Pokemon News on TVs spread throughout the region that the Master Blender will be coming to Lilycove. Save up all your berries and then blend the crap out of them with this guy. He makes perfect hits EVERY single time, so as long as you don't suck the blocks you make will have the highest level and feel to them (usually 55:45) and it will take less blocks to max out certain stats for contests and they will attract more Pokes in the Zone.

    2) which berries do I have to use to make a pokemon happy like eevee to umbreon?
As Ichapokemr also said, there are certain berries ONLY IN EMERALD that will increase the Happiness of your Pokes. These berries are also used to lower the EVs in a particular stat by 10. They are:

    21. Pomeg (Lowers EVs in HP by 10)
    22. Kelpsy (Lowers EVs in Atk by 10)
    23. Qualot (Lowers EVs in Def by 10)
    24. Hondew (Lowers EVs in SAtk by 10)
    25. Grepa (Lowers EVs in SDef by 10)
    26. Tamato (Lowers EVs in Spd by 10)

Typically that last slot is Baton Pass, so you can switch to a different Poke without losing the Mean Look lock. When you use Sketch, you target the Poke you want to Sketch and it will PERMANENTLY (at least until you go to the Move Deleter and remove it) copy that move to your moveset. Keep in mind that Sketch cannot copy moves that are not on the screen or moves that KO it. For instance, if your target Poke is faster than your Smeargle and it uses Fly (you wouldn't want to Sketch that anyway), Sketch will fail. If a Poke uses Explosion and Smeargle dies, it obviously will also fail.

The easiest way to Sketch moves is to do a 2v2 battle. You bring the painter and a Poke that has the move you want Smeargle to copy. Make sure it is faster than Smeargle too. Anyway, first turn you have the first Poke use the target move, and then have Smeargle use Sketch on the target Poke. Bada-boom, bada-bing, Smeargle now knows that move. Also keep in mind that Smeargle learns Sketch every 11 levels.

Is it the last move the foe Pokemon used? Because what if it isn't and your Smeargle has lower speed...
Yes it is the last move your opponent used. Don't forget that even if you put the opponent to sleep, just like you, the AI has to choose a move. Use Sketch and it will copy the move the opponent tried to use while asleep. That is far too random though, I would use the prescribed method I covered above.

I dont think it is. Its just a random move of your opponent's.
No, it is the last move your opponent selected.

What is exactly required to complete the hoenn dex? what bout the stuff I can't get emerald and also is the poke's in the safari zone count?
The require to complete the Hoenn Pokedex is to get all 200 Pokes in the Pokedex. Yes, that means you don't have to have Jirachi or Deoxys. Any Kanto or Johto Pokes not listed in the Hoenn Pokedex are NOT required. It is only the 200 listed, and yes you do have to trade Zangoose, Roselia, Lunatone, and Meditite from Ruby/Sapphire.

In fire red where do I find the sapphire and ruby? and when I get them can I trade in between fire red and emerald?
This is for for the FRLG Simple Questions. You get the Ruby on One Island in Mt. Ember. You get the Sapphire on Five Island in Team Rocket's Warehouse. Once you have given both to Celio in the One Island Pokemon Center, you can trade immediately to RS. You cannot trade to Emerald until you have the National Pokedex there as well.

    Phew.

Bellossom has a type advantage over Vileplume, getting a rare Bug weakness instead of a common Psychic weakness, and also resists Ground.

They have the exact same stats, except the SDef and SAtk are flip-flopped, with Vileplume getting the edge in SAtk, and it also learns Aromatherapy, which Bellossom cannot.

The bottom line is that Vileplume, despite its Poison-type, is a better option than Bellossom. In competitive play, Vileplume is mostly seen in UU, with some brave souls using it in OU. Bellossom is most seen in NU, and sometimes in UU.

Kay, thanks! =D I was going for Vileplume anyway. What is OU UU NU and UU?
Uber = Top-tier Legendaries (Example: Mewtwo)
    OU = Over-Used (Example: Metagross)
    BL = Border-Line (Example: Arcanine)
    UU = Under-used (Example: Ninetales)
    NU = Never-Used (Example: Beautifly)

    - Uber is the cheap Pokes with incredibly high stats like Mewtwo and Lugia, and the cheap Pokes like Wobbuffet. Unless you are using a full team of them in an actual Uber match, using them quickly labels you as a noob and a player that needs to use them to cover your weak battling skills.

    - OU is the best of the best, which also includes the lower-end Legendaries like Zapdos and Suicune, whose stats are comparable to the others in this metagame.

    - BL is for Pokes that aren't used enough to be put in the OU metagame, but too powerful to be considered for the UU metagame. Pokes like Charizard, Lapras, and Machamp tend to bounce back and forth between OU and BL, depending on which way the wind blows, I guess.

    - UU is reserved for Pokes you really want to use, but just aren't strong enough statistically to hang in the OU metagame. This is the metagame I am starting to focus on now, since it is something I am not particularly skilled at currently. Besides, Pokes like Gligar and Primeape need some love too.

    - NU is the bottom rung of the ladder. Crappy Pokes that don't typically see the light of day come here to play. This is the metagame where trainers come to use their favorite Pokes that would otherwise get totally destroyed in any of the other metagames. I admit that it is fun pulling out trash like Luvdisc and Noctowl and using them from time to time.

    - NFE, which isn't really an "official" metagame, stands for Not Fully Evolved. There are a few variations here, put the main one is where you cannot use any fully evolved Pokes or Pokes that don't evolve at all.

If you tell the Berry Master's wife the Dewford phrase, she'll give you a Lum Berry. But I want to know what other things I can say to get one. Telling her the Dewford Phrase again won't work. When I said "Luster Purge Octazooka" and "Surf Pikachu", she gave me another one. Does anybody know more phrases that have worked for you?

(I know I can plant them. I don't want more Lum Berries, I'm just curious about how it works)

There are actually only five phrases that guarantee certain Berries — and in this case Berries that cannot be found elsewhere.

    GREAT BATTLE: Spelon Berry
    CHALLENGE CONTEST: Pamtre Berry
    OVERWHELMING LATIAS: Watmel Berry
    COOL LATIOS: Durin Berry
    SUPER HUSTLE: Belue Berry

I don't know whether they match, but I'm sure those are the required phrases.

Your list is correct. Again, you only get ONE of each. If you use the phrase again, or any other crazy phrase you might read on the internet that some say will work, you will only get a random berry from the #1-#10 variety.

Speaking of Lum Berries, how do you get them to grow well? Do you need to water them a lot? 'Cause I only get one berry from the plant, which cancels out...

Every berry in the game has a pre-determined period of growth time. That time is split up into four different stages and begins once you plant it. A Lum Berry has a growth period of 48 hours, meaning from the time you plant it, it won't be full grown (ready for plucking) for two days.

The four stages of berry growth are: Seed, Sapling, Growing Taller, and Flowered. The growth period will ALWAYS be easily divided by four. For the Lum Berry for instance, simple math tells us that each stage will be 12 hours. That means if you plant it a 10am this morning, the next stage will occur at 10pm tonight, and the seed will change into a Sapling. 12 more hours pass and it is now Growing Taller. 12 more hours and it is Flowered. Finally, after 12 more hours, you have your Berry(ies).

So, how do you get more than one berry? That is where the Wailmer Pail comes in handy. You water your seed ONCE during each stage. My memory fails me right now (getting old in my young age) since I haven't harvested berries in quite a while, but I am pretty certain that with every stage that you water, you will gain an extra berry when the process is complete. Don't quote me on that, but rest assured, you will get more than one berry. I believe you will only get a max of 2 of the good berries (31-35) though. One of these days I will have to track how many berries each berry produces and add it to my stuff.
