If Trading With Older Generations Is IMPOSSIBLE, and Hacking and Cloning doesn't Exist in Fifth Generation;

Say if there was no hacking, or cloning. There would be no cheaters. 100% legit. They make a new Remake or new game with Pokemon in. Lets say this is Kanto. You have to work hard on getting the 150 Pokemon and then after this you are REWARDED with Mew.

Go get rid of Action Replay first :P

I like the ideas coming up, especially the one with you choosing a Pokemon to follow you around. I would choose Mewtwo :D
I also think they should make a Mewthree. I designed one at one point on iScribble, but I don't think I saved it.

EDIT: Also, new starter types would be nice. How about Fighting, Psychic and Dark?
Something new, Fire, Water, and Glass is getting a tad repetitive.

I think it should be most ultimate.

I mean.. after beating the Elite 4, I defiantly think that we should be able to travel to the past 4 regions, with ease, and be able to return there as much as possible. I don't know about everyone else, but I think the next Pokemon games should take hours upon hours to defeat. And there should be more than one save slot. However, I am not a game designer, so I have no idea how much work/room that would actually take.

Seeing how Pokemon games have been made in cartridges and not on CD's.. I have no idea how much room they're capable of holding.

Wishlist ♥;

- Obvious moveset upgrades. Tail Glow Ampharos, please.
- Random Wi-Fi battles. PBR sucks.
- Stadium/PBR Clauses aplicable on Wi-Fi.
- Uh, a way to make walls relevant again and maybe stall teams more viable.
- New creative moves and abilities. But that's a given.

Oh, and something most of you will hate me for...

- None of that 'going back to past regions' crap.

Seriously, wifi on PBR is uber deadness, and if you are lucky enough to find someone randomly on wifi, they are either a hacker or use all ubers.

I know, right? Worst $30 I ever spent. I hope the next Wii Pokémon title is worth my money.

$30? Now aren't you lucky? Where'd you get it for just 30 bucks? I had to suffer with regret after I realized paying 50 bucks for a game like PBR is a stupid decision. I agree, I hope Nintendo gets back together with HAL labratories to make a much better 3D Pokemon game on the Wii, Genius Sonority failz :/

I got it for $30 because I got it used. I'm really glad I waited for that opportunity.

Which reminds me, I hope they increase the difficulty in Generation 5. Platinum was a bit more of a challenge than DP, so I hope they keep in that progression.

Patience is worth it in the end I guess =] But yeah, when games aren't difficult, its not worth buying, challenge is what motivates me to keep playing.

how about, defeating gym leaders in any order you feel like, and the levels of their pokemon is based on how many badges you have, and choosing your hometown, where there WILL be a local lab with starter pokemon

different starters with different types for each city would be awsome

and get rid of the way HMs work right now

make the game more personal, and give it less of a sense that everything is one straight road to the E4 instead of a choice

choosing contests or gym battles would be cool,

how about becoming a gym leader after you master six pokemon of their respective type (dunno how that would work though...)
gym leader face-offs on the pokemon league, like in the manga, maybe

...

i like the idea of customizing your character too

i dont think that's too much

Why not the actual Pokemon League like they had in the anime at one point, with the preliminary rounds and such?

I want to see the Orange Islands being used, because its basically the only region that Ash & Co. have been through that hasn't been used in an RPG.

Not really, there are alot of other places/towns that are seen in the show that aren't incorporated in the games. E.g. Alamos Town.

All I want is a deep and more adult storyline, catch all 580 odd pokemon as it will be and defeat the Elite 4 is getting old now. Lets have those as side quests and have something really interesting and mythical. I want something to make me think.

Also an online Pokemon League would be good, officially held by nintendo every few months. Its got to be possible.

The character customisation ideas sounds good, however i feel picking a start town would be way too difficult to script as every town would have to have a start script, however more than 3 pokemon to choose from, or even the prof gives you a pokeball and you catch your first pokemon on your own in a safari zone like area.

I actually thought they would've done that in Gold and Silver when they first came out, but it turned out I was wrong. :P
I would like them to be used, but that would be a lot of annoying surfing D: Though air balloons and flying there (you control your flying) would be cool.
