Team Rocket VS Team Galactic! Who do You thnk will win?

An Evil Battle for the ages! If Team Rocket went up against Team Galactic, who do you think would win and why? Keep in mind that all of the members of both teams will be fighting in this battle as best as their particular fields will allow (like mechanics will be building and fixing robots as best as they can and battling at the same time or scientists will be creating laser cannons to fire at the other team and battling at the same time). Every member from one team is against every member from the other team.

I think Team Rocket would win because Giovanni Has the advantage of organization size and he has more money to fund the building of more machines than Team Galactic can for the monumental battle.

But judging from their performance in the anime, they seem more qualified than Team Rocket. TR pertty much only tries to steal Pikachu and the rest. But TG goes for the big ones!
