Ruby hack: POKEMON : SINNOH QUEST

Excuse me but i get a white screen what seetings make it so it goes away

i.e how to play

i found some bugs in youre hack...
1. the pokemart in oldale town sells:full restore(3000), max potion(2500), full heal(600), revive(1500) and elixir(3000)...if you ask me, these items arent supposed to be so early in the game...the mart doesnt sells pokeballs or potions...you really need to fix this...

1)Mart has been fixed(Don't know how that problem occured it was fine in earlier versions , nonetheless thanks for reporting the bug)

2. the guy thats standing near route 102 if you go a bit more into the route and come back that guy is gone, but when you enter oldale town he "magicly" reappers...needs fixin

2)Don't know how to fix that

3. the sinnoh pokemon apperance is to big...

3)Ya,I know but nothing can be done about it

I've patched it and tried changing the save type but nothing has changed just the same white screen

Are you thinking of making an actual hack soon? Or sticking to modifying piece by piece? I know I sound really nasty, but it would be better to see a fresh hack, with new story, scripts, maps, tiles... Everything, instead of Ruby with adjustments. (Also, you may need to work on your mapping a bit more... As most have errors, or are too square, or crowded, or not crowded enough... I'll stop there.)

Try patching it to a new(unused) Ruby(U.S v1.0) rom
(Remember it is a ruby hack many people wrongly patched it to fire red)

i was playing this game and i got to the part where you're about to fight groudon, but when i go in front of him he doesnt come towards me and i cant move either. essentially the game freezes. any way to fix this?

use visual boy advance, and set the save type to 128k

Excuse me for being blunt, but this seems rather pointless. Why add Sinnoh Pokemon to Ruby when you have D/P/Pt/HG/SS to play on a DS or emulator?

Maybe because DS emulators are too slow. VisualBoyAdvance is much faster and more easier to use so I think a Ruby version of D/P would be good, at least for me anyway. And not everyone can afford a Nintendo DS.

The ROM hack won't work, it just comes up with a white screen. I followed the instructions on the first page on the VBA options and it doesn't make a difference.

My little picks about this:

No he isn't. No-one says "u", but you. Please fix your grammar (you make a lot of grammatical mistakes, or just put txt spk, like u instead of you...)

Tiles (check other screenshots too! There are quite a lot of tile errors, or wrong tiles!)

well actually it isn't, rokrude only says that because if it wasn't then nobody would play a game that is just ruby with different pokemon, the names of attacks changed and grass growing in water...
