    I'm really sorry guys. I've been away on vacation for a while and I had assumed that where I was going the internet would be working, but alas on the first day I got there, the entire area's internet went dead. I've been completely cut off for a week or so now, and without my mapping data to boot. I'll be immediately continuing work on the maps up until the final beta 3 gym. I've decided to give up on trying to create a large interesting puzzle for the ice cave and let it be what I can come up with. I should be done by week's end.

    Again, I'm so sorry for what has transpired. Good thing I got back when I did, or I'd have been kicked out of this project.

    This is awesome. I really like this new addition. BTW just remember that your dad (in the old one) also gave you 5 pokeballs. So hopefully you did not make it so you get 10 pokeballs to start the game

    Of course I remembered :3 I thought that this new intro would at least show that the character was surprised he had this pokemon. Also it gives me an excuse not to give a masterball at the start because the original reason you get one in the first place is because Misuke knows its the only way for a pokemonless trainer to catch a pokemon safely.

    oh btw, what did you end up doing with Maira and the pre-Maira stuff?

    Are we going to get more trainers or stronger wild pokemon or what? How will we be strong enough to defeat Maira?

    Well while adding the next part of the beta, I realised that for a certain part to be challenging, I woud need to change Maria's dog pokemon so that it was weak to yours. That is basicly free xp. I will also probably add something to help you train in Vestria.

    Hey! I'm back! Well, I gotta say that I love the new Professor script, but you probably need help in fixing the grammar. I hope you release Beta 3 soon, so I can correct the grammar.

    A note on the world map.

    If you look at the Firered original town map, you'll notice that the water has super awesome lines alternately running along it. I think it would look slightly better/professional if those lines were to exist.

    This does make it slightly easier to map some towns, knowing the basic elevations around them.

    Well it was my first time >_> I'll see about revising the map a bit more untill its perfect.

    Hmmm....I like the idea of starting with a legendary, but the mapping is terrible, there are tile errors everywhere, and palette errors at the sides of the paths. Also, the overworld really needs changed, he looks like he has a broken leg :|

    I take offense on the mapping errors as my mappers mapping skills are supreme.

    I understand its a fact, but the fact is that there are barely any tile errors.

    Its not even significant really.. It seems like you are simply pointing out there are tile errors to nitpick. No one's perfect :/

    Considering the fact that my maps aren't even in the current beta, I don't see why you should be getting offended on my part. I'm not going to lie on the leg complaint. It does look rather odd to see the character hobbling along.
