I'm not sure, I haven't tested Wishiwashi yet., as there shouldn't be any in the wild yet. (if a trainer has it, it's probably one of the trainers with randomly generated teams)
Did your game close after making an emergency save? If it just kept on going, you can ignore that.
If it closed, and you lost significant progress, you can restore it, by swapping your current savefile with the emergency one. The current save file is called "Game.rxdata", and the emergency one is "EmergencySave.rxdata", so what you would have to do is rename "Game.rxdata" to something else, and then rename "EmergencySave.rxdata" to "Game.rxdata", and load the game. Just don't do this if your game closed in the middle of a cutscene, or an important battle.
Please tell me there's somewhere I can buy Honey near the Flowery Path (before the danger zone in the next town)... I managed to get a really good haul, but I'm trying for the 'Chaotic Pokemon' and I only have 1 left (yes I did defeat all trainers).

You can buy Honey after Sylen City. The NPC that refers to the "Chaotic" Pokemon is actually meaning "Exotic". The joke is that she doesn't know English very well, as you may have noticed, she mistakes a lot of other words as well. Here's a list of Pokemon that can be found on Honey trees:
I'm glad that the later gens mechanics will be added to .8, it gives me another thing to look forward to. I'm almost through the game, but I was wondering where I can buy those berries that increase friendship but decrease EVs (since I want to adjust a lot of my mons' EVs)?
Also, I just got mega-Delphox and it looks incredible. It's probably one of the coolest mega evolutions that I've ever seen. Finally, are there any plans to add an evolution to Voltlight? I think its sprite looks neat (especially its shiny), but was a bit worried about its stats being too low to be viable.

Ah, I didn't know that. That's kind of nice, since it means a bit less micromanagement. Also, I just saw the new update when I started to play. Thank you again for adding that, I'm glad that my Swellow no longer has to worry about paralysis.

Also, yeah, that seems like a glitch that occurs with Hurricane. I'm not aware if any other moves do this, but I'll check it out.
The event that determines which Pokemon appear on the tree is quite convoluted, so if I missed Riolu being there, forgive me. But besides Riolu, that should be it.
The shiny mega sprite for Ampharos (and a few others) will be added in v0.8.
There are 3 panels there where you can enter 2-digit codes, let's call them X, Y and Z. Their product (X times Y times Z) must be 2210. If I made this clue not that clear, let me know, and I'll rephrase the text in the game.
But besides the clues in the game, I don't want to give away any solutions, as then I could have put the reward in front of the door instead of behind it :D
also for what Stoch said, try reducing the problem to two numbers. What must be the last digits of the two numbers if the value they produce when multiplied ends in 0?
Hint: 5x2 = 10, 10x1 =10
From there you can eliminate one factor and divide 2210 by that to find the other two. Good luck!

EDIT2: Sorry if this has been asked before, but how does hidden power work in this game? I tried punching my pokemon's IV's into a hidden power calculator, and I got a different type than what I see in the game. Furthermore, when I try to teach any of my pokemon this particular move, it shows a flat 60 power.
