I vote for Johto. All three (full evolved), looks good in their shiny colours. Kanto it a close 2nd, because of リザードン/Charizard - But I don't really like カメックス/Blastoise and フシギバナ/Venusaurs colours. Hoenn is just, well no. バシャーモ/Blaziken is okay, but I don't like the others... And the Sinnoh...
