Meh. Will a moderator change the title as to not give away major spoilers, please? With all respect to the OP of course, I know you want to share the news with everyone but you also got to respect the wishes of those who don't want to be spoiled with major events in the game.

I was a bit put off by the new art direction with some of the pokemon this generation but to my surprise the game has grown on me immensly and I'm only at first gym now. The new interface, fresh storyline, interesting characters and the prospect of exploring the unknown makes it so engaging...

I doubt there will be a third game on DS platform especially with the latest rumor flying around wherein 3DS being released in november 22nd in the west. I personally am excited for the prospect of pokemon game on the new handheld with fully rendered 3D environments/sprites, can't wait!

I won't like to see the items removed but make some of them rare and actually useful. For example elemental stones were incredibly rare back in red/blue/gold/silver days now they've made them easily obtainable with introduction of underground in diamond/pearl hence losing their values, plus...

More strategies to play around with in battles :) Can't wait to see how many more of those combo attacks have been implemented in the game, could definitely be game changer in competitive battle scenes.

So far B/W preorders are dominating japanese chart, I can easily predict 2million launch week in Japan alone.

They probably didn't include it due to memory related issues - remember B/W has significant graphic improvements compared to previous versions. Also I doubt that at this stage they'd have mapped all those new 150 pokemon sprites together outside of battles.

English for me, I want to enjoy every bit of this game, including dialogues and storyline :)

I'm also taking it as a glimpse of what they can potentially come up with for 3DS pokemon games. Imagine a full 3D environment sprites similar to final fantasy crystal chronicle/rune factories etc on DS. If this rocks on DS, then it'll rock even more on 3DS :)

Its gonna be very well refreshing to play a brand new generation of pokemons. A lot of unknowns areas, pokemons to explore and encounter makes the game very exciting. Its been what...4 years since the last generation :D
