That's about five lines on Chibi's screen, and it's just barely three lines on mine. I don't want to make it impossible to roleplay for the newbies, so... does this work?

Mine is about 1,240 characters, with spaces, if I'm just using the word 'Text' over and over again.

I think we should use your screen size though, because my screen is terribly huge, and while I think it's ridiculous that some people can't get four lines, I'd feel sorry for them if they had to do four lines on my screen. xD;;

Yeah, it makes total sense to me.

For like, "precisely one paragraph in length", would it be more like, "Just barely one word into the fourth line" or what? Because if our screens are different sizes, then we'd have to decide "precisely one paragraph" on either your screen or mine. Or we could just pick a common resolution like 1024 x 768?

Well I think my tendency to switch is kind of bad- really too confusing. So I guess we'll stick with three strikes as the baseline warning amount? Close the thread on the third warning?

So then if that thread gets one more thread warning, then whoever gets to it first can close it.

I'll edit that into the rules; Also, if you haven't already, feel free to edit your name into the bottom of the rules and whatever else has 'contact us' on the thread. Or make things plural on threads that have me referring to only one mod and stuff~

Oh, with thread warnings I'm pretty unfair about things. xD; I haven't really decided how many should merit a thread closure.

Before, I thought, "Two warnings, kind of like, three strikes you're out!" But then I thought, "Why can't they get the message after the first one? Two is a little over the top. Just one warning and then the thread gets closed."

But I'm not really sure which method is better, so recently I've kind of been... switching between them. :|
