It's only 14 years old! (OK, typing that old makes it feel older than it does in my head.) And I guess I like it because it's very much influenced by the West, rather than a Western show being very much influenced my anime, which I'm less fond of. At least, that was my interpretation of it.

Same here! Well, maybe DBZ technically. But FMA was one of my first animes too. The first episode, specifically the scene of the Human Transmutation of their mom, really scared me when I first saw it. FMA was brutal.

Working 1 or Working 2? F/Z was nice, haven't seen Nichi, and haven't really started GC. Never watched Shana or Steins;Gate.
