This is a lovely green profile here! Nice design :D Welcome to PC, and I hope to share fun moments with you!
    Good luck!
Everything is possible if you are Onizuka! XD
Well NHK is kinda pun. It is the japanese tv station and also in the anime NHK stands for Nihon Hikikomuri Kyokai... The main character (Sato) explains it in the first episode...by talking to his fridge etc... :P
Hmm many have said something about rozen maiden and Ano hana. Maybe i should check them soon.
And yeah Gankutsuou is very different from your typical anime. :D Haha.
By the way do you like to watch subbed or dubbed anime?
Hmmm. Well I recommend them for you.
Onizuka is an action/comedy about a 22y ex biker gang leader who decides to become a teacher (although his motives are a little confusing) and he manages to get a glass full of delinquets. The story follows his many adventures in "teaching" his students and just having fun. The best thing about the show is perhaps Onizuka himself. A very un-teacher like teacher. :D Youll know when you see it. The show is very lighthearted mostly.

Welcome to the NHK is another comedy anime. It focuses on the life of Tatsuhiro Sato a hikikomuri and as well a neet. His life is practicly just staying inside his apartment. Then one day a mysterious girl offers her help to Sato and decides to cure him from his hikikomuri ways. The show also takes a stand for the many social issues in japan. The shows humor is mostly a bit dark but it also comes from the characters various ways to fail...spectaculary. It is a bit different from other shows but worth to try out. :D

Gankutsuou is based on the classic novel "The Count of Monte Cristo" by Alexandre Dymas. (author of the Three Musketeers) The show has amazing visuals and animation. Everything is colorfull and flashy and pure art. The plot is based on the book but the show also changes a few things. For example the show is set in year 5025 so its a bit sci-fi. Yet everyone dresses and acts like in the 17century. The strongest point of the show (other than its visuals) is the story and the characters. Most characters have a backstory and a personality. I higly recommend this show due to its uniqueness.
Thats the quick rundown of the shows. :D
So yeah. I recommend them. Maybe youll like some or maybe you wont. Who knows? :)
well i like action and comedy mostly. But there are few "drama" anime that I like. I like visualy amazing anime but I also watch some of 70s also...due to nostalgia etc.
Do you know GTO (great teacher onizuka), Welcome to the NHK or Gankutsuou The Count of Monte Cristo.
Thats a loooooooong list. :D Hh. Hmm. From those I have also watched bleach (some of it) and some random episodes from various shows. :D
Hmm.. Maybe I should make an animelist myself... Since im extremely forgetfull. :'D
