Take some time off man, seriously. Put off anything unnecessary for now and get back to it when you're ready.

Delay the release by 2 weeks. Do nothing except important things the first week and see how you feel the second week. If you need more time then by all means take more time. There's no rush.

i ditch my starters depending on who they are. Typhlosion and Feraligatr I wouldn't ditch but Meganium I would. In DPPt I wouldn't ditch any. I think DPPt had the best starters haha after I beat the E4 and get into EV training that's when I ditch but it takes a long time.
