Still doing the pixel art competition, or are you dropping that for legos?

I've had a general lack of interest in the internet lately. I don't have anything better to do with my time, though.

I've also been somewhat depressed.

I actually choose to refrain from posting my work. Sure, it pisses off the newbies but one of my convictions about hacking (and I mean actual hacking, as opposed to tool using) is to only share how I did something, instead of just giving people a spiffy, new feature on a silver platter (or, more accurately, a patch).

Trust me, I wouldn't go there. That idea has been beaten to death already. I've had a few ideas floating around for my own project for a while now but I've never taken the time to sit down and organize everything.

I guess. But lately, hacking has become more of a hobby for me. By that I mean I don't really have a large project (or what most people would call a "hack"). I just do small edits like adding an icy grass animation or putting a clock feature into the PokéNav. I don't think I actually have the dedication (or the creativity) to make a full game.

I suppose. But I want to make something more practical. Sure, expanding the world map has its uses but there are certain ASM projects that are in high demand like making shiny encounters, having a pokémon follow you around, et cetera. I want to make something that will really get me noticed.

Thanks. It still has some bugs (it'll screw up if you use Zoom mode) but I think it turned out pretty nicely.

Yeah, I probably should be a part of that. I'll try to be on more this weekend, but today I'm a little on the busy side.

My computer is real dark so it doesn't look bright. Though some have said that, so I think I might lower the brightness.
