Yeah, you can get Cyndaquil in SoulSilver. Well, it IS a Johto remake of Pokémon Silver. I chose Cyndaquil in my SoulSilver (though I already deleted the save file, to start afresh).

Hmm. Not yet Level 36, eh? Okay then. Just keep battling Audinos and then it'll evolve soon enough. ;)

I mean come on, just look at those two making cutie cute love. XD Anyways, Tepig's a good starter to be with, so try having at least one journey with the Fire-type. c;

I'm guessing that by the time I send this visitor message, your Dewott has already evolved into Samurott; but if not, then keep training it 'til Level 36. ;P I agree, Samurott looks pretty cool in appearance.

Using Snivy is like playing the game on hard mode? Well, that's actually better! More challenge, more fun! :D But nah, Snivy's not that difficult to train and to be with. (I already chose Snivy in my Black, and yep, nicknamed her Smugleaf. c;) Squirt seems a suitable nickname for Squirtle, but eh, I guess it's okay too for Oshawott. xP

Actually, I used Tepig when I was playing the Japanese version of White (used an emulator). He's quite strong, too. Doesn't have good defenses though, but it's alright 'cause it has a bulky HP stat and a high Attack stat.

And uh, yeah. Not sure why you mentioned your and your sister's age. xD

Yeah, it's good to choose a different starter in different versions, so you'd know how it feels like having them. I have a Black version and I'm planning to get a Snivy; I'm gonna nickname it Smugleaf. :D And no, you didn't tell me anything 'bout your age. =P

Emulator is one of the best thing created by mankind.

That's GREAT! :D Oshawott's a really good choice of a starter. Its stats are quite well-balanced, and would be useful too in your journey, since you'll be using Surf and Waterfall along the way. The one in my avatar and signature is Dewott, the first evolved form of Oshawott, then it'll become Samurott, the second evolved form of Oshawott (notice the italicized words). And yeah, you can trade for a Snivy later using GTS or in the Union Room if you have a friend a nearby.

Well actually, all Pokémon games can only hold a single save slot/file. =P But anyways, that's nice that your sis got herself a Pokémon Black.

Is White a good game?

Nope, there aren't any tricks in my puzzle. ;) It's pretty simple, really. All you need is just little knowledge of geography; you don't have to be that good in the subject to solve my puzzle. c:

It's more of Kyurem's form actually; Reshiram doesn't have a form of its own. c; But yeah, Reshiram alone looks pretty great. Haha, yeah, there's still hope. XD

*Biggie. ;) And of course, I want to encourage you to try guessing the answer to my puzzle as much as you'd like. It doesn't have to be immediate anyway. c;

Oh no, Reshiram/White Kyurem are really great Pokémon, too. It's not weak or puny or... weak. I just favor Zekrom/Black Kyurem more, that's all. :] In order to get White Kyurem, you'll be needing a Reshiram, a Kyurem, and the DNA Splicers; once you have the two Pokémon in your team, you can merge the two in one, becoming White Kyurem. So, if you mean you want to get Reshiram AND White Kyurem, as separate Pokémon, then that's not possible in-game, unless you get another Reshiram from a trade. ;)
