Right, well, unlike last time, I doubt this will be a one-on-one sort of thing. It'd have to be more... wide-scale, I suppose... through IRC. I've been keeping some tabs on the way Smogon does stuff lately, and while they do have one-on-one tutoring, they also have this thing set up where they put everyone in the same IRC room, mute all of the non-tutors, and talk while the non-tutors can PM one person questions. By the end of the lecture/session or whatever, the person who collected the questions through PM shared them with the rest of the group, and answered them. A log was then kept afterwards and posted on a thread for everyone who couldn't make it.
It'd take a lot of planning, thinking out, finding good tutors and such, but honestly I think a sort of mass-scale teaching would be a brilliant idea.
