I've actually got your part completely done, but am stuck on the second part of that post.

It's accepted. TBH I thought you overcomplicated it with materials (as technically... doesn't really matter with particles) and as long as this: "Can make small, completely solid objects fly in a random direction. This is very difficult to control and hence is never used." is just kind of... accidental mishap/failed explosion, then it's all good.

In hindsight, I'm entirely unsure of what to post. There's not a lot to be said on Valorie's part at this time. I wasn't really expecting your character to get dragged away instantly.

Particle Acceleration

Explanation: Particle acceleration is the blowing up of objects by speeding up the very atoms it is made up of. This power works on all sorts of material, however it does not work on living cells (he can blow up chopped wood, but not a living tree). Living things are, however, damaged if targetted by this skill resulting in pain without the associated explosion.

Limitations:

• 
  His power is hard to control, it often fails or blows up the wrong target when used in a hurry.
  He has no control over the movement of fragments (such as shards of glass).
  He can be indirectly affected by his explosions. If he was stupid enough to try and blow up his arm, that would also work.

Right, better. I'm still worried it's too similar to Kevin/lightning user, especially with the battery.

The explode bit is unique, yet, why not just take it out of the energy context.

What I like: Being able to explode things. Generally.

I'm not too keen on everything else >< again, there's this line of 'human friendly energy' and channelling energy. The battery thing is also very similar to the lightning user's ability. I also don't like the whole 'boost intelligence and strength', it seems unnecessary.

Which applications would your character have and which limitations would apply?

Or how about this. We could tweak it slightly, meaning your character has an 'energy' form. Could be similar to a ghost/spectral form? IDK. The one I linked is very overpowered, so we can't use it directly.

I'm afraid it's probably too similar to telekinesis, which we already have >< it's pretty hard to differentiate them.

Hello! GH is open again and so I've come to rereview your application.

Looking at the VMs, it seems we still need to iron out some bits of your application.

Energy absorber/releaser. What we need to do is make sure this id sufficiently different from 'electrokinesis' as well as some other characters that rely on 'power/energy' of some sort.

So, my thoughts/ideas: scrap the bio-electricity/plasma term. It's too confusing, term wise. Blasts of energy may seem vague but it fits a lot of techniques in anime and films. Then, scrap the absorption bit - don't make him reliant on charging himself, just say it takes a while to recover.

Feel free to post a whole new application (I see you use the name in another RP) or just tweak the one linked. Let me know when you're done.
