You and your team just gotta work fast. Get some videos up on your page, get the tiles ready and take some pictures. You'll get alot more posts that way

And i still think that you should remove Noctowl from the wild.
You know that it's an evolution, and a Pokémon in it's evolutionary state in level 5 just doesen't work that well.

Nosepass usually misses with rock tomb on the second time, and therefore i didn't heal.
But it may be a little easy, you could toughen the Pokémon up a little
