Thunder is not very effective on all dragons, but super effective on their flying part. So it balances out, meaning a STAB Psychic will do more. Honestly, use Grass Knot so you can hurt Tyranitar, who absolutely eats you alive. You could opt for U-Turn to hurt TTar, and get out of a bad situation, but still, GK is the best option
