Hey guys! I have a problem... When all of my Pokémon faint, it tells me that I'm out of usable Pokémon and whatnot, but when the screen goes black, it never changes and just stays black. What can I do to fix that?

So, I've been hacking Emerald recently just to add stuff into the game (Unobtainable legendaries, rebattle-able trainers, etc.) I've added The Old Sea Map and Mystic Ticket but neither of them work! Upon further research, I found out you need to set flags. So of course, I made a script to set...

So, how do I change which badge each HM requires to use? I figure with like Cut and Strength you just change it through the object's script, but what about Fly, Surf, and Flash?

In-game it acts the same way as A-map. I'm super confused and yes, they turn black when I go through that building.

Alright I still have my problem... :/ I'm thinking maybe it has something to do with the Day and Night system?? Because at nighttime on my rom, the windows are the same palette as they are in the day time (when the windows actually show up, which they do sometimes in the town before the forest)

Nah, you misunderstood me... Of course I checked that lol. I said when I open my rom and navigate straight to that map, it looks fine. Has the windows and everything. But when I navigate to map 0 of bank 20, then that map, the windows are blacked out... :( EDIT: I figured maybe it has something...

Ugh, I've read a few posts on here, and it seems like forgetting to back up your rom is the most hated thing lol. I was actually going to say that, too. Forgetting to back it up and then accidentally corrupting it is the worst feeling in the world...

I like it, but that middle island is a bit pointless. You can't even get there it looks like. I'm not sure what this map is for, but I'm not quite sure why you would put a mart in the middle of the ocean either :/ The taller grass also looks out of place. And I see an error in this map. On right...
