If we're not getting an update, I'd think they'd just make it like in generation 5. You can use the new primal forms, abilities, and new moves, but X/Y users will just see the normal forms and similar moves/abilities. It's disappointing that they're making X/Y obsolete after only a year, but...

I would love it. Sinnoh was my favorite region. And in my opinion, it had the best designs. But most of my favorite pokemon from it have gone pretty low on the tiers, so it would be nice to get some megas. It does seem a little too soon for it, though. I'd rather get some original regions first...

That's kind of entirely irrelevant to what I said... the issue is that a lot of parents won't care that it's censored. Just like how they won't let their kids watch shows that bleep the words out, it's the suggestion and frequency of it that puts them off. That and it's just the option to swear...

Having 2 tiers with 15 pokemon allowed is better than having one tier with 30 pokemon but only 15 viable. And do keep in mind that pokemon below the specified tier are allowed. So the super ubers tier would be exactly like the Ubers tier you're envisioning.
