I followed you on twitter when I saw the link in your signature! I do RT and interact with a lot of yugioh stuff haha and just anime/gaming in general too! Do you use MAL at all?

oh wow, don't know why but I assumed you'd been into it forever (like me, I got the first ever Yugi starter deck and LOB packs and such as a kid), that's cool tho it's always great to see more and more people getting into Yugioh at least it's only 3 years of burning a hole in ur wallet! lol. Many more to come :))
there's some great older yugioh games out there, if that's something you're interested in!

Which simulators do you normally use? I don't use them personally atm so I've only really heard about YGOpro. I know people were excited for Master Duel but after learning about the monetisation style I was a bit put off because I didn't really fancy juggling it with Duel links, will probably try it out tho. Was hoping it was gonna be cosmetics-only monetisation with access to the entire card pool to make it more similar to the simulators you mentioned.

ah fair enough, I'd be watching it in English too anyway so I don't even know how much of that is out, if any lol.
Are there any other Yugioh games you've played and are into? I have Legacy of the Duelist on my switch but am yet to pick it up and actually start.

Revolver/Varis has such a cool design, I really like Zaizen too. Have you watched any of Sevens yet? From what I've seen of the Rush Duel game on Switch it looks super fun, definitely gonna pick it up when it releases in English.

ah nice! I'm still halfway through my Vrains watch actually! Enjoying it so far but watching it pretty slowly. I heard Firewall Dragon was the most broken ace monster when it released lol.

I even considered getting proxy playsets for them, something I've never done before, just to put them in a binder.
My friend got me some anime style proxy cards for a birthday a while back and they were pretty cool!

ah. it was? That's a shame, definitely a cool card! Is it an expensive card now too? I really wanted that White Ra from a while back but it ended up being like a £500 card lol, same thing with Dragoon, wanted them for my collection but didn't wanna pay the insane prices the cards had gone to.

Oh so you bought the whole set complete in binder? I was imagining slowly amassing the whole collection! lol.
My physical collection that's stored away was mostly collected during the DM-5Ds eras, I do have a fair amount of Zexal and further cards, but not nearly as many by comparison.

Wow every number card? That sounds sick! Can imagine that making a cool binder!

It definitely looks less exciting beside Ice Barrier and CyDra but I reckon I will eventually pick it up if my local stores keep it in stock.

Awesome! I can't wait to try it out! I bought the Ice barrier one before this too! And the store I bought these at also have the charmer one, do you think that's a good pick up? A irl friend of mine also plays so I figured we could do some matches using these decks. I had a massive card collection that I recently put into storage so atm the new products I'm picking up are the only cards I have access to! They all seem like they could be fun, ready-to-go decks tho! I guess CyDra is gonna stomp the other two tho lol.

Maybe they're saving some Galaxy eyes support for that other Galaxy eyes duelist, the barian one?
I'm eternally so broke with gems atm, I basically spend them all as soon as I get them haha, I seem to always have cards I'm chasing.

I built Galaxy eyes so fast too! Love that deck! Thought we would get more Galaxy eyes support tbh but don't think we've had any since then.

Ah I do like the look of that mini box! haha, I'm still chasing some cards for a new Evil Hero build atm tho!

I was a bit sad I somehow missed the sign ups for the Cross Duel closed beta, from the footage I've seen of it, it also looks super fun!
