Haha :) PokeGen is a Pokemon Generator, really. You can make any Pokemon with any stats and moves, but it's sort of made for making competitive battling pokemon. Not for Hacking ones.

No offense taken mate ^__^ It's PokeGen. I use it for after I beat the game, to get EV trained Pokemon. And, Keldeo hasn't been released, but I seen one of my favorite Youtubers use it, so I thought it was pretty cool and got it ^__^
