Well, since this person isn't a member of the forums yet, I don't think there's anything to be worried about right now. If he does intend to become a member of the forums and attempts to "troll" you, then it's a violation of the PC rules. You have to report him to a member of the staff (super-mod or higher) at once.

It sounds like this guy just mini-mods around you, which is really stupid. I don't think he'll gain the reputation here if he decides to join. He doesn't know who you really are, and he's scared to know who you are.

You are not a poser. You are a unique Gothitelle with a personality I've never encountered before. Don't let internet enemies bring you down. Mods won't protect you, but they can infract members who try to attack people. They can't do anything right now because like you said, this guy is not a member of the forums.

Don't let people hate you because you speak lolcat or anything you do. You keep doing your own thing. There will be people like that here that hate you for what you do, but you know what, keep you head up and keep going. If they don't like it, then don't follow.

I assume his Pokemon must be Level 70-80. I think when your Gothitelle reaches L95, you'll probably be fine.

Shift = option to allow you to switch in and out Pokemon
Set = option where in a battle, you can't switch out a Pokemon when you defeat the enemy Pokemon, and instead have to keep battling til you die.
