It only took me about a few hours. But only I got confused about the height and width of the background. And I couldn't get my banner to fit. I had to adjust both of them to see what works. I finally did it though. ^^

It doesn't go off the edge, the background is transparent.

I wanted to have something different that I made. I wanted the links to be on the image and I wanted a Render of Buizel that had a transparent background. I had to do the transparency myself, I missed a little bit. I am not sure what you are talking about when you said that the text is going off the edge of the picture.
