6IV Dittos were/are easily available by means of RNG abuse in previous generation games. I'm reasonably sure the shiny 6IV Japanese Ditto from the giveaway here was obtained by this method. (And I know RNG abuse is a form of cheating, but still no hacking is involved.)

I'm having trouble finding a Level ball Eevee on the GTS. I'll accept any ability, nature, and IVs, but Adaptability with a Naughty nature is preferred. Will also accept a Level ball. I can trade any one of the following items for it: Lucky Egg Power Bracer Power Belt Power Lens Power Band...
